Charming cottage in a beautiful, fully renovated Basque-style house, 1.6 km from the listed village of Sare. The cottage comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher) - living room with lounge area and 122cm TV - a shower room/WC - a separate WC Upstairs: - one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm) each - two bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) each - a shower room - a separate WC Electric heating included. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Wi-Fi internet access. Large south-facing terrace. Garden furniture, covered griddle, sun loungers. Parking. Sare is listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Prehistoric caves are 4 km away. Rated 4 stars, the tourist tax is set by the Basque Country Agglomeration Community. The applicable rate is the rate in effect on January 1st of the year. NO OVERCASING (MAXIMUM CAPACITY 10 PEOPLE). MARTIN AUNDIENEA... A large character house for holidays with family or friends!
