Jacksonville Concert Weekend

Our host was amazing! The night before our arrival a storm occurred. The owner went above and beyond in getting the yard and pool cleaned of debris by the time we arrived. She was easy to contact throughout our stay. We loved everything about the house but especially the pool and hot tub.

Nice, clean and comfortable home

Home was nice and clean. Pool and pool table were fun. Three separate “wings” of the home each with a bathroom were convenient if traveling with friends or family. Host was very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. Can’t think of anything that home could have had that it didn’t or anything that the host could have done to make our stay any better!!

Fabulous Stay

This house was ideal for an extended family vacation. Plenty of space, large yard (plus pool!) and very communicative owner. The house was spotless and smelling fresh as soon as we walked in the door. Plenty of towels and bedding for the 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Excellent A/C. Big kitchen. Huge master and bathroom. Great gathering place. The neighborhood is not super ideal but the house is the best one on the block. Attractive and very comfortable. The owner was great! I had responses within minutes to any questions. Minutes away from Publix. No more than 20 mins from Jacksonville International Airport. We all had a great time and really appreciate having this wonderful house as home base while in Jacksonville.

Home away from home

The pictures doesn’t do this property justice!! It was absolutely beautiful! The decor was current and tasteful. I was well as my friends were speechless. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I contacted her several times leading up to the stay and ALWAYS received a reply quickly. Upon arrival I contacted the host as I was having issues with opening the door. (It was user error 😂) I was a little concerned when coming as the neighborhood was looking a little scary but as I continued the drive it was all good. I will absolutely tell friends and family about this home as we will come back!

Florida vacation

The house was nice and we had a good stay. But we had problems with the pump keeping the pool, hot tub, and toilets working. Also the kitchen could use more supplies. Kitchen towels, cloths, dishwasher soap etc. We also searched all the closets for extra towels and didn’t find any but the very last day found them in the master bedroom dresser. So maybe just make a list of where things are and what you would like on the last day clean up
