Everything was perfect, the house is exactly like the photos and fits perfectly for a group of 8 people, the neighborhood is very calm and its well located. I recommend !

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The contact with the owner is good and they respond fast if you have some questions. The house is in a quiet area close to the small beach of the village. The supermarket is near and some good restaurants aswell. You will need a car if you want to see some nice beaches or other places on the island.The pool is nice and big enough to freshup a bit on a warm day.We had a nice holiday here and recommend this house for others aswell.

Estimada Joana, muchas gracias por tu comentario. Llegasteis el sábado e informasteis enseguida de los problemas con la TV - había muy pocos programas de TV españoles disponibles. El lunes instalé una nueva antena de televisión para que pudierais recibir todos los programas terrestres españoles, lo cual era importante debido a las Olimpiadas. Muchas gracias por el consejo. La nueva antena también será útil para los demás huéspedes españoles. No me había dado cuenta de que el aire acondicionado del sótano estaba causando problemas. Haremos que lo revisen y lo corrijan inmediatamente. Gracias también por este consejo. Quizás nos veamos el año que viene, ¡estaremos encantados!

Ferienhaus in Colonia de Sant Pere

Wir waren im August 23 mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus , sehr gut Ausgestattet und in einer schön ruhigen Gegend . Der Pool war ein Highlight bei allen. Zum Meer war man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs und im Ort gab es einen niedlichen kleinen Strand. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Muy bien

Estuvimos súper bien, suerte del AC en las habitaciones, también vinieron a limpiar la piscina y tienen una barbacoa ideal. Como cons, tuvimos un pequeño issue de limpieza el primer día (que no fue culpa de la host) y que fue resuelto enseguida y la cama de abajo es corta y todos mis amigos son muy altos y nos quedaban los pies por fuera haha. En ningún caso problema ni de la host ni de la casa propiamente, así que todo muy bien.

Jolie location

Location sympa. Très propre, proche de tout. Bon la piscine a revoir. Probleme de filtration. Attention au petit magasin SPAR sur le port il prend les clients pour des fous en terme de tarif. Côté resto allez chez Roxanne sur le port elle est sympa et Française. Un resto à ne pas manquer, le Casablanca a Betlem. C est super.

Aufenthalt im Dezember

Ort ist ideal für eine Reise im Dezember, sehr angenehme Temperaturen, wenige Touristen, genügend Restaurants und Geschäfte geöffnet, Das Haus ist optimal für 4-5 Personen, tolle Lage, wunderbare Rosen vor dem Haus, unkomplizierte nette Betreuung vor Ort, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, herrliche Umgebung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr zu empfehlen für unkomplizierte Menschen mit Selbstversorgung!

Danke für die Bewertung! Wir können das aus eigenem Erleben ebenfalls bestätigen. Dezember, Januar und Februar sind eine wohltuend ruhige ruhige Zeit in Colonia de Sant Pere, so dass man an einer wunderbaren Erholung fast gar nicht vorbeikommt! Gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus der Familie Bogner verbracht!

Colonia de Sant Pere ist ein Ort auf Mallorca, wo man Ruhe und Entspannung findet. Wunderbare kleine Bucht mit darüberliegenden netten Restaurants auf der Promenade. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Trotz Hochsaison war es niemals überfüllt. Im Haus der sehr netten Familie Bogner haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Gibt es mal ein Problem, kann man sich direkt mit dem deutschen Verwalterpaar in Verbindung setzen, die umgehend zur Stelle sind und noch dazu wahnsinnig nett sind. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren mit 2 Kindern vor Ort.

Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen so gut gefallen hat! Für Familien wie die Ihre, die abseits des lauten Trubels Erholung finden wollen, ist Colonia de Sant Pere ideal geeignet. So haben wir diesen Ort einmal gefunden, und er hält, was er verspricht. Wir haben selber vier Kinder, und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl - wie in einem kleinen Paradies, wenn wir einmal die Gelegenheit haben, auf Mallorca zu sein.
