Nice Ocean View 1bed room, full kitchen, near Waikiki Beach! Rooftop pool&BBQ.

Our beautifully remodeled 1 bed room unit with a split ACs is located in the Pacific Monarch with a balcony and awesome ocean views! It's only a few steps away from the famous Waikiki Beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit has a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials. We provide quality shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, a set of towels per guest, coffee and tea, sugar and cream, and some Hawaiian treats. 2 beach chairs, beach towels, body board, tennis rackets & balls, etc are also provided. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, but all depends of the age and size of each guest as the unit offers only 2 beds (1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full *queen as of 8/22/25* size sofa bed in the living room). We also provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed for your comfort (stored in the bedroom closet with a clean sheet).

Building amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, picnic and BBQ area on the rooftop with 360 degree of beautiful views. Coin operated laundry is located on the 3rd floor (PODS provided in the unit, quarters can be purchased at the front desk).

The unit is recently renovated. It's bright & clean. You will enjoy awesome ocean views!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Bring all your card keys back to the front deck. Please make sure to let them know the keys are for #1302. *Additional fees ($7 per card) will be imposed if card keys are missing

Take out the trash (the trash chute is right outside of the door). Empty plastic bottles and cans are to put in a bag and leave it by the trash chute.

Wash and put away all used dishes

Great Stay

Amazing view and close to the beach. Host was easy to contact when we had a small issue with check in. Wish the pool would’ve been opened as expected when booked but otherwise a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great condo for a couple. I was actually with my friend and slept on the couch but I think it’s more suitable for a couple sharing the bed. The location is perfect.

Lovely condo and location

We had a great stay at this condo. The wifi wasn't working the first night but the owners made an immediate effort to come fix the problem right away. The location was excellent! So close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great condo in nice building, a short walk to waikiki beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The building is well kept, and there is a rooftop pool. We could see the ocean from the living room, and having a kitchen was very convenient. There are hundreds of food options within a two block radius. Check in and check out was easy as could be. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location Great host

We had a great stay at Mayu's place. It is exactly as the listing describes. Super comfy for myself, husband and our baby. We loved the view of Waikiki from the windows. Mayu has equipped the apartment with everything you might need for the beach: beach towels, boards, inflatable ring. There's a great grocery/market very close by. Excellent restaurants around. As others have mentioned, the Musubi cafe downstairs is fantastic.

Time in Waikiki

My son and I got to spend a few days in Waikiki. Check in was a little bit of a struggle as desk clerk had a hard time finding my information and no parking garage keys were available. Rest of stay was not any trouble at all. Room was neat and clean and we enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards that were in the room. Would book again if the need arises

Perfect Condo Rental

Wonderful stay! Mayu, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. She provided us with parking information, recommended some excellent restaurants, and promptly addressed all our inquiries. The rooms were clean, and the condo came fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and floaties, making our trips to the nearby beach even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The only hiccup we encountered was with the person at the front desk, who unfortunately wasn't very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Oahu in the future. Thank you!

1st time to Hawaii

Excellent!! The only way I know to begin. We stayed for 8 nights. The condo is great in every way and the 13th floor furnishes a great view. * Spacious for Hawaii standards * Convenient to beach 2 small blocks away * Great view of Waikiki beach * Many eateries within a few blocks * Stocked perfectly down to soap & shampoo * Great & quick communication * Christeann at front desk was excellent * Very clean!!! * Beach paraphernalia was a huge plus * Parking was pricey but hotel policy We had a great stay and would stay again!! You can't go wrong with this rental.

View is amazing

First of, I love the fact that there’s a Matsubi shop in the building! Before heading to the beach or hike, grab some Matsubi for snack! It is also walking distance from the beach and to anything really (shops, restaurants, mall). In regards to the place itself — the view from the living room was just beautiful! Right when you enter the room, you know you're in Hawaii. It is an open space with huge windows so a lot of natural light. The host also provides beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. There were also bath towels if you didn’t pack any. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also available so you don’t have to worry about those! My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect!

Nice clean place, excellent location. Needs new mattress! Lumpy, hard, made me sore. All small, flat pillows. Need choices of bigger fluffier pillows to give more support. Clean, had most everything we needed, good ocean view, close walk to ocean, lots of restaurants, shopping, music close by. Panorama view from roof and nice pool. Food across the street very good. I would stay here again

Had a great stay! Nice ocean view of Waikiki beach with plenty of space for a family of 3. Rooftop pool and spa was a nice break with great views. Very close to the action and restaurants, with great food trucks within a block. Parking on site. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful week in Waikiki

My husband and I along with an 18 y/o stayed in this unit for 1 week. Brother in laws family of 5 were in another unit but we were able to gather in ours for dining and watching movies together. Loved the ocean view which would be seen from the main living /dining / kitchen area and also from the bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Made use of the provided beach chair, towels, umbrella boogie board and inflatable floats. Loved that laundry soap was provided as we used the downstairs laundry facility twice during the week. Location is 2 blocks from the beach and there are many dining options close by.

The view is beautiful! Great location. Mayu (the host) was extremely responsive and prompt with all issues. Room was not cleaned as well as I expected, but it was a great stay for the price.

Aloha Friends and welcome to my vacation rental unit. My name is Mayu, and I’m the host of this unit. A little bit about myself just so you would feel comfortable by knowing who I am and would feel much more welcomed.
I’m originally from Japan and have lived in Hawaii for about 17 years. My husband Allen and I have a few restaurants in Waikiki. We have a 6 year-old daughter Myla and enjoy going to the beaches and swimming in the pool as a family.
Believe it or not, my first vacation when I was still in Japan was 20 years ago here in Hawaii, and my friends and I stayed at Pacific Monarch! We loved how we could walk to the Waikiki Beach, soak in the jacuzzi on the rooftop after hours of surfing, and were able to grab food easily. Pacific Monarch is not the newest building; but I know it has been well kept and managed for a long time. As a host of one of the many units here, I’m committed to maintaining my unit clean, bright, and easy to stay for my guests. I am very blessed to be able to share all it has to offer with you and truly hope you will have a fun and relaxing time while you are in this Aloha State!
