La comunicación con el propietario nula, nos dijo q habría alguien esperando si llegamos antes de las 14.00 y no había nadie. Perdimos mucho tiempo buscando las llaves y abriendo. El apartamento estaba bien pero la entrada de la escalera estaba toda llena de ropa ,zapatos, mantas....por el suelo daba una imagen horrible.

Bonjour, je pense qu'il y a eu une incomprehension, je n'ai reçu aucun appel de votre part. Je suis sur place et j'attendais votre contact. Les instructions sont transmises avec les codes et photos pour accéder aux boites a clés et j’étais joignable sur mon téléphone. l'appartement étais prêt. Vous m'avez envoyé un mail le jour de votre départ, mais je ne l'ai vu que le lendemain, je privilégie les appels téléphoniques. J’espère que vous avez passé un bon séjour. Quant aux vetements dans le hall nous n'avons pas compris ce qu'il s'est passé. Un depot sauvage ce week end que nous avons subi. je vous souhaite un bon voyage
