Great property for large groups, plenty of amenities. Plan to bring/buy every little ingredient you may need for cooking, they don’t have anything except the the tools to cook, serve and eat. House was also shy on matching wine glasses, or enough for our group. Master bedroom doesn’t have shades, be ready to wake up with the sun.

Everything was great, perfect for a large group. Spent lots of time enjoying the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, and fire pit. Swim up bar was a favorite hang out spot!

This house is amazing! We had between 17-20 family members staying over the 6 nights we had the house booked. Check in was easy and the manager met us at the house to go over controls-which were simple to use. We had a couple mechincal issues that were taken care of so quickly it didn't interfer with our vacation. The house slept everyone and was quiet for kids wanting to nap or sleep in. The outdoor space is amazing. Kids and adults loved the pool and we are already talking about coming back next year.

Our stay was nice but for the money spent, there could've been a few improvements. The house is as advertised but there are 2-3 other houses in the community with one right next door. After booking I received no less than 4 warnings about exceeding the noise ordinance with warnings of fines from 1,000 to 5,000. We requested check in at 3 instead of 4:00 and were offered 12:00 for 500 or 2:00 for 300. When I asked for 3 again they told me they couldn't let me know until check-in day so by the time it was granted, weUpon check-in, the host was very friendly and helpful going through the features. but the house clearly has not been lived in in quite some time and while they tried to provide what was needed, it was missing many basic items iJust normal household things that you would need like serving platters, no pasta with no casserole, dishes or glass bowls. Mixing bowls, No chip clips, Onour dish towels
