Located in the heart of south Palm Springs, this walled and gated home is completely private, quiet and relaxing and features first-class amenities as well as majestic western views of the San Jacinto mountains, a huge over-sized swimming pool and private spa. This home has not been a traditional vacation rental so would make a perfect home for someone looking for a seasonal rental.

Beautifully decorated in a comfortable, Mediterranean style, this home features a large, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. With head on views of the magnificent pool, the large master suite has an extra large walk-in shower, double sinks and its own TV with cable.

All beds have ultra comfortable mattresses, bedding and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Master Bedroom is a king and the two guest bedrooms are queen mattresses. The living room looks out on the sunsets over the San Jacinto mountains, and has a large TV and wireless internet.

In addition to the spectacular pool and spa, the backyard also has a tiled patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining by the pool. There are enough chaise lounges around the pool to accommodate 8 people for sun bathing and admiring the natural beauty of the San Jacinto Mountains that frame the property. The home also has a two-car garage.

Stunning house/perfect location!

I had a wonderful two month stay recently in this beautiful home in Palm Springs. Great decor, immaculate condition, excellent amenities - and in a perfect location for enjoying all the local sights and nightlife! Loved my stay there and can't wait to return!

Perfect Location with our Dogs

The photos of this large, comfortable home are totally accurate. The pool is enormous for a backyard and well-maintained. It's a great house for dogs (we brought both ours) with fenced front and back gardens. The house is half a block from the wash which we loved for our daily walks. It's close to groceries and restaurants and downtown PS, yet in a very quiet residential area, and away from the flight paths. Joe, the property manager, was a great help as we settled in for our month's stay, and Frank, the owner, responded promptly to all questions.

Perfect stay in Palm Springs. Very private, quiet sitting in the neighborhood close to everything.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this impeccable home - even better than the pictures. Very warm and inviting, absolutely beautiful pool, well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds and very quiet neighborhood to assure a great night sleep. The location is an easy walk from the old section of Palm Springs with great restaurants and shops. Good hiking trails close by or drive to Joshua Tree for a wide selection of choices. Don't miss the Arial Tram, it's stunner. Swam every day in the heated pool. Coming from snow country that is pure joy! We stayed a week and wished we'd stayed longer.

Best location in Palm Springs.

We were lucky enough to stay at this home for the month of January. It was our second stay at this property and we hope to be back next year. The home is very comfortable and quiet and the location is perfect for a very walkable Palm Springs. We enjoyed the pool every day.

Beautiful Escape

This house is a wonderful Spanish colonial property in PS. It's spacious with an enormous pool and gorgeous mountain views, very comfortable for my husband and our mothers.
