Vacation home "Auszeit" with sauna, fireplace, south-facing terrace and 50 meters to the Baltic Sea beach

At about 100m ² the maritime holiday feeling welcomes you as soon as you enter the house.

The ground floor is lovingly decorated with an open living / dining area and integrated kitchen. Upstairs, our guests can expect two bedrooms and a large spa bath with Finnish sauna.

Both bedrooms have 1 box spring bed, 1 sleeper chair, 1 Loewe TV and a balcony with a view of the Schlei or the marina. All windows are equipped with fly screens and electric external blinds.
In the spa bath, our guests can enjoy the large vanity and toilet, a great Finnish sauna and a floor-level luxury shower with exclusive overhead shower. An additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor.

On the private terrace with garden furniture, electric grill and sunshade overlooking the marina in southern exposure, incoming and outgoing ships can be observed. This house with the red facade is directly adjacent to the marina in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In less than 50 meters there is also the private fine sand beach in a protected mole.

Children are welcome in this house. A cot and a high chair are available.

In front of the house there is a private parking space available.

The holiday home Auszeit is part of the northern, exclusive Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the area. We are happy to inform you about the current status. Unfortunately, we do not have exact information as to when and what kind of work will be carried out in the future.
