New Blue Haven Cabin on Higgins Lake

Our newly renovated cabin is a perfect space for friends, a romantic getaway, working remote, or an easy vacation for a full family. The cabin has plenty of space both indoor and outside to experience beautiful Lake Higgins and Roscommon.

Whether you are joining us for fun in the summertime or in blissful winter - this cabin has a perfect location to enjoy it all.

The space

- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Large primary bedroom w/ sturdy king size bed, sitting area, desk, closet, dresser, and en-suite bathroom.
- Bunk room with 2 full-sized bunks, closet, and dresser
- Twin room is a cozy space with a closet and futon couch.
- Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator and all the amenities needed to prepare and serve a homemade meal. Enjoy your meals indoors at our cafe seating or outdoors on the patio.
- Living Room has 2 couches ottomans, and large swivel-mounted TV.

Great spot!!!

There were 8 of us that stayed for a week. 5 adults and 3 kids ranging from 4-9 years old. It was perfect! The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom with the private bath and sitting area was very nice. It's big enough to put an air mattress for extra sleeping spots if needed. The house was very clean with everything you need. They also have a shed with fishing gear, bikes and beach chairs. You can access the water right at the end of the street which has crystal clear water...very beautiful and shallow for the kids(there is not a beach there though) There are biking trails, orv trails, gas station and Dairy Queen right at the end of the street. The state park is a couple miles down the street with a nice beach and boat ramp if needed. You can also rent kayaks and paddle boards at the state park. The owners are very nice and reply quickly to any questions. We were able to checkin early also, which was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!! We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing cottage in the best part of Higgins

Wonderful property beautifully renovated and maintained on the north side of Higgins. Walk to the lake, Dairy Queen for ice cream and close to the state park and B&B marina. Great hosts, Lindsey was great and accommodating! Highly recommend.
