This hilltop retreat boasts views of lovely Higgins Lake from the front deck and most of the home. The lake is very short walk away. Higgins Lake is a 10,000 acre all sport lake with sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Enjoy all seasons from this home. South Higgins Lake State Park is 2.8 miles away and offers boat launch, trails, and sandy beach. Many activities available in this nature lovers wonderland such as: fall color tours, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, boating, snow skiing snowmobile trails, and ice fishing.

Please note regarding the one review- coffee pot was replaced (we also keep a new spare one just in case. We were not made aware of any issues. The oven does work.

There’s a really nice walking path that goes along the lake at the end of the road. It’s to the right if you are facing the lake.
