Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull the sheets and pillow cases from the beds that were slept in (not the mattress covers) and leave them on the floor of the room they were in. Fold the comforters and leave on the bed.
Leave used towels in the bathtubs. Take the kitchen and bathroom trash out to the garbage cans. Start the dishwasher. Check out time is 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host is very nice and responsive. Before the trip, host reached out asking whether we want a Christmas tree set up in the house and answered a couple of questions we had. Although we noticed a couple of issues of the house, host responded quickly, provided clear instructions. We had a great time with friends.

Kind of disappointed in a 4-star review when I went out of my way to provide a Christmas tree which took half a day to set up. There was a small water leak on the floor in the ping pong room which thankfully they notified me of at 9:30 pm. It was too late to get a plumber and my husband was out of town. I told them where some towels were to sop up the water and it was easily controlled until morning when my husband went over at 8:30 am to check on it. It was an easy resolve. There was some frustration on my part as the guests moved mattresses around because they wanted their children in their rooms with them. Other furniture moved around. They did leave the house reasonably clean. They were a very large group - more than stated on the reservation.

I love this house and its location. There is plenty of room for everyone, and it is spotless and comfortable. It is very close to SUU, and the neighborhood is quiet. Great place!!

GREAT HOME FOR FAMILY GROUPS!

We loved our VRBO on Casa Loma - each bedroom filled the needs of different age groups. The backyard/deck area was the perfect spot for games and there were multiple places for everyone to gather and chat or watch TV. We highly recommend this property!

A beautiful property with everything needed for a large group.

This house is perfect for a large group. It is well cared for. clean and comfortable and is easy to get to. Our extended family stayed for two nights while we attended a funeral nearby. We were grateful to be all together during this difficult time.Lynette is an excellent host and was very helpful.

Nice location

The house is huge, enough for family, friends and more with enough area to move around. They have everything you need like being at home. It’s our 3rd or maybe 4th time to stay in this place and we’re still amazed how nice the house is. The location is very good too, close to Brianhead and Eagle point. Will definitely stay again!
