Cute and clean place to stay

Coulter was very helpful when it came to any questions we had, the apartment was clean and set up so cute. The bed was a little hard for my boyfriend but perfect for me. The futons were not very comfortable for my daughter but they really aren’t meant to be slept on for a long period of time.

Low stress

It is a cute place but be prepared to slide on ice because they ran out of ice melt and getting burnt in the shower because the water temp. does not stay consistent. The upper part controls the heat but they have space heaters, which was nice, that keeps the place as warm as you want it. Over all it was a low stress place to stay.

Property manager runs this prop which is in his basement (I think). Was super helpful and unobtrusive. Had a great stay for our class, will definitely rent again!

Our party was impressed with this spacious basement apartment in Bountiful. The location was perfect and in a quiet, well kept neighborhood. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The host quickly responded to our needs and questions. We would happily rent this location again when we are back in the area.
