Heated swimming pool** 2,026 sq.ft. of air conditioned living area** Very nice additional TV-room or office** 2 full bathrooms plus pool bath** 2-car-garage** Vacation Villa on over-sized lot with wonderful landscaping including many palm trees** Hygienic flooring (tile)** Several TV sets**

UPDATES 2023:
- Spring 2023: new roof (metal roof)
- Fall 2023: new master bedroom - new and even higher (!) cage with bigger panoramic window

UPDATES January 2024:
- NO cable tv anymore.
- Two new and bigger tv for master bedroom and living room. Bigger tv in one of the other bedrooms as well. All tv now have ROKU and FUBO (both streaming services).
- Internet: Quantum Fiber
- salt cell added (pool water more skinfriendly now)

Great place!

Better than the pictures! Amazing views from the dock, pool, lanai and living room. Jumping mullet in the canal really put on a show. Excellent and friendly owners and property managers. Highly recommend.

Modern home with a view

The property was clean, well equipped and in very good condition. Having the pool was very nice when we didn't feel like going anywhere. Only possible negative is that the location isn't within walking distance of much so plan to drive everywhere.

We had an absolute wonderful week in this beautiful rental. Everything clean, and ready to go upon arrival. Beautiful view and convenient location. Awesome support from Seabim personnel. Looking forward to returning to this home!
