Welcome to our brand new and beautiful family villa PureSun. Modern luxury in a stylishly furnished and fully equipped holiday home with heated saltwater pool including jacuzzi at a canal crossing facing south for up to 6 people. You'll love the very spacious outdoor area with marble floor, pool area with jacuzzi and sunbathing area in the water. Sun loungers, lounge furniture, BBQ grill, pool toys and TV entertainment on 5 flat screens await you. In the large garage there is fitness equipment, bicycles, table tennis, billiards, darts and a complete set of equipment for excursions to the nearby dream beaches. The neighborhood is quiet, very friendly and invites you to take relaxing walks, various restaurants and shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the impressive Villa PureSun.

On site, you will be serviced by our property management.
Electricity costs are billed at 0.15 US$ /kWh (additional consumption is to be paid in cash to the property management at check-out). 5,-USD / per day are included.
In general, when using the grill, cleaning on your own responsibility is desired. Cleaning by our service staff can be ordered for $100, - or will be carried out at the expense of the tenant in case of insufficient cleaning.

This house was as beautiful as pictured and totally spotless. The pool area was our favorite, so relaxing and the hot tub was a big hit. There are wonderful views of the canal and wildlife. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and the house was equipped with everything you could need and then some. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back next time I visit.

This home was even more magical in person!!! Everything in this home was as pictured and more. We made alot of memories that will stay with us a lifetime. Sabine was great and eager to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy this location again.

Wonderful stay, didn’t want to leave.

Our stay at the villa was more than we expected. The villa is brand new and has everything we needed and wanted as a family. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10yrs. The pool is large with a great outlook over the canal.with a spacious lanai area too which was ideal for eating outside. The kitchen has all the amenities required for cooking. Nothing was missing and the owner had thought of everything. The bedrooms were a delight. Spacious and relaxing areas, perfect after busy days in the sun. The games room was amazing! We all enjoyed our time playing basketball together. Again, everything was well thought out. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that we used to take down to the beach. We visited Fort Myers and Sanibel. We had the best time at the villa and we can’t wait to return. Communication has also been fantastic and would highly recommend the villa for your next stay in Cape Coral.
