The Space:

A cozy 24 m² studio offering a bright and welcoming living space.

Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed

Living room: sofa

The living room opens onto a vintage-style, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for enjoying moments with family or friends. Outside, you can relax in a furnished area with a table and sun loungers, set within the large front garden. This pleasant outdoor space is ideal for hosting guests or simply unwinding in a peaceful atmosphere.

The studio also features a bathroom equipped with a sink and toilet.



Guest Access:

Access to the studio is in person, with an inventory/inspection upon arrival and departure.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the villa is just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Beach: 5 minutes on foot

Town center: 5 minutes by car

Harbor: 8 minutes by car

Béziers train station: 20 minutes by car

Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 25 minutes by car

Free public parking: in front of the villa (from September 15 to June 15)

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
