  • Fully equipped open kitchen with combo oven/microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and everything you need for cooking.


  • Living room with sofa bed for two, coffee table, armchair, HD TV, and internet access.


  • Dining area with table and four chairs


  • Bedroom area with a 180 x 200 cm bed and walk-in closet. Window overlooking the street


  • Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer.


  • Separate toilet with hand basin






Linens are provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Air conditioning.

- Check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is a €35 supplement. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is a €50 supplement.
