Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. This apartment offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and two free parking space.
This apartment sleeps up to Fifteen guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together.
The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30-$35) per pet per night.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

Economical Beach Week Stay

This home is great for anyone looking for the cheapest place to stay in Downtown Ocean City. It was great being just a minute from the beach and boardwalk. Unfortunately, the home is not the most polished with a messy paint job and some dysfunctional furniture such as a cabinet missing hinges. Still, it was at most a minor inconvenience at most and the homeowners were very responsive and accommodating.

PERFECT!

We stayed here July 16 thru 23, 2023. Angelo was a pleasure to work with! This is an older home that has been converted into a few apartments. We had #45, the third and fourth floors. Very clean! Thirteen and a golden retriever stayed here and we had enough room. Close to everything! Never heard any outside noise. We will definetely be staying here again!!

Not what we expected

My group and I have traveled over 800 miles to stay here for one night and it wasnt what was expected. We thought from the pictures, we would be staying in the front of the house, but was in the back. Had zero view of anything. We first booked this because of location, decor, and it looked like a lovely atmosphere. The owner was responsive, but very abrasive and rude. Im not from Ocean City and have never been there. The place had a very strong smell ( I cleaned the air conditioner vents, gross) it helped a little. The cabinets didnt have handles and i missed that it wasnt furnished with sheets, towels etc. It wasn't pleasant and didnt depict the pictures given.
