Siamo sempre disponibili per i nostri clienti ma non viviamo nei siti dove si trovano gli appartamenti. Viviamo comunque nel centro storico di Venezia e quindi riusciamo a raggiungere le varie strutture, per eventuali emergenze, normalmente in circa un'ora. Siamo sempre disponibili per comunicazioni via whatsup, sms, mail o telefonate. La via comunicativa che preferiamo è quella tramite whatsup che ci permette di comunicare con calma, condividendo immagini o eventuali link, anche quando siamo impegnati nei nostri lavori principali.
