The holiday residence Ostseepark- Zempin is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment is all year for max. 5 people rented. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 72 m² invites with its cozy ambience and the two balconies, a feel for the good. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is taken care of, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

WE 35:
The apartment extends over 2 floors, is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the 1st floor is the living room with flat screen TV, radio, DVD player, a beautiful balcony, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, on which you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. Bis auf die ruppige Begrüßung und die schlechte Reinigung vor Einzug (immerhin kostet diese jedem Gast 80€ zusätzlich, wobei man am Ende des Aufenthaltes die zwei Etagen noch selbst fegen soll) war es ein erholsa.er Aufenthalt. erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß und geräumig mit 2 Bädern. Die Einrichtung war modern. Es waren nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Wir waren Ende Juni / Anfang Juli für 12 Tage da und der Strand war nicht überlaufen und sehr sauber.

Schöne , saubere und zentral liegende Unterkunft. Größe der Wohnung war genau richtig. Alles da, was man braucht. Sauberkeit gut. Leider war der kleine Balkon nicht gereinigt worden. Kaffeemaschine und Staubsauger sollte mal ausgewechselt werden, denn Kaffee machen dauert schon mal ne halbe Stunde !!!! Aber sonst hat es uns mal wieder sehr gut gefallen!!!
