Our thatched-roof holiday home, built in 2016 with approx. 650 sqm, is located in Zirchow, on the Stettiner Haff in a well-kept holiday home complex.

The house has a high quality interior with WiFi, internet connection, fireplace, large flat screen TV, radio,

Fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher.

2 bedrooms with built-in furniture,

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Es war sehr geräumig, sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich nichts. Ein besonderer Genuß war für uns die ruhige Lage und die sehr gepflegte Umgebung. Das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je Urlaub verbracht haben!!

Schönes schnuckliges Häuschen.

Das Haus war wirklich schön, gemütlich und sauber. Trotzdem mußte ich nach 5min erst einmal den Staubsauger schwingen das ganze Haus von Spinnenweben und Spinnen befreien. Danach fühlten wir uns sehr wohl jedensesssss

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Das Fischerdorf kannten wir von früheren Aufenthalten. In diesem Haus waren wir zum ersten Mal Gast. Sehr positiv haben wir die Kommunikation mit Frau Wäschle vor und während des Aufenthalts wahrgenommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Frau Semmler erfolgte problemlos, auch reagierte sie sehr schnell auf eine Bitte hin. Wir würden das Haus wieder auswählen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Leider gab es unendlich viele Mücken, so dass ein Aufenthalt im Freien (Terrasse) kaum möglich war. Die Ferienhaussiedlung (Fischerdorf) ist eine wunderschöne Gesamtanlage, aber leider infrastrukturell schlecht angebunden - ein einziges Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar, und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 8 km entfernt. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage

Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet! Ruhig und Erholsam zum Wohlfühlen. In dem relativ neu errichteten Fischerdorf fehlt leider etwas Infrastruktur ( darauf hat der Vermieter keinen Einfluß ) wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Immerhin gab es einen mobilen Bäckerwagen der alle mit frischen Brot & Brötchen versorgte.

Ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir waren begeistert von dem Häuschen, es liegt in einem sehr schönen gepflegten Dörfchen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, dass Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sie hat sich sogar während unseres Aufenthalts danach erkundigt wie es uns geht. Wir können nur schwärmen und werden diesen Urlaub in sehr schöner Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit.

Ruhiger Natururlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr gut organisiert. Die Ruhe und die Natur ist fantastisch. Zum Radfahren ist die Gegend super geeignet. Leider ist kein Zugang zum Wasser in der Nähe möglich, so dass wir das SUP nicht nutzen konnten. Sonst war alles toll.

Vielen lieben Dank für ihre Bewertung. Leider ist der Zugang zum Wasser noch nicht ausgebaut, es wäre ein schöner Platz, wenn man diesen für Fischerdorfgäste schön machen würde. Aber die Infrastruktur wird leider vernachlässigt. Aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Es handelt sich um ein tolles Ferienhaus. Soviel vorweg. Aber: die Infrastruktur vor Ort ist leider total vergessen wurden. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 8 km entfernt. Gaststätte in der Nähe geschlossen. Imbiss daneben geöffnet wie der Bewirtschafter mal Zeit hat. Also keine fixen Öffnungszeiten. In den Kaiserbädern einen Parkplatz zu finden ist schon ein Lotteriespiel. Viel Glück hatte ich dabei nicht. Aber wie gesagt, ein tolles Ferienhaus, nur das Umfeld wurde total vernachlässigt. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie bei den derzeitigen Baumaßnahmen in der Nähe der Ferienhaussiedlung bei weiterer Vernachlässigung der Infrastruktur ein angenehmer Auffenthalt möglich sein soll.

Dass Ihnen mein Ferienhaus gefallen hat, freut mich sehr. Das Fischerdorf ist in denn letzten Jahren sehr gewachsen und Greifswald, Gastronomie und Handel nutzt das Wachstum leider nicht. Angeblich wegen Personalmangel, aber es gibt schon ein paar Anzeichen. Ein Bäcker kommt regelmäßig und ein kleiner Laden neben der Gastro müsste auch geöffnet sein.

Tolle Woche im Fischerdorf

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche auf Usedom verbracht. Das Ferienhaus Bellis perennis ist super ausgestattet, sehr ruhige Lage und sehr nette Vermieterin und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Bella Perennis gefühlt.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. An- und Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr gut organisiert. Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage. Ahlbeck mit Supermarkt in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Haus zum entspannen und verweilen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch dort. Am Haus kann man sich bei schönem Wetter Sonnen und grillen. Der Weg nach Ahlbeck, Swinemünde ist 15 min mit dem Auto. (ein Katzensprung) Die Eigentümerin ist sehr bemüht und immer im Kontakt mit den Urlaubern. Sowohl das Check in als auch das Check out ging reibungslos. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!

Aktivurlaub mit Wohlfühloase

Wir möchten uns bei Frau Wäschle für den schönen Urlaub bedanken. Das Ferienhaus steht am Waldesrand im wunderschönen Fischerdorf Zirchow. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und entsprechenden Komfort eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (Küche komplett ausgestattet), ausreichend Kleiderschränke als Stauraum, schöne Bäder, Grillmöglichkeit, Fahrrad Unterstellmöglichkeit, Insektenfenster im gesamte Haus ...! Vielen Dank und beim nächstem Usedom-Urlaub gerne wieder bei Ihnen zu Gast. Familie Prechtl

Hübsches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wer die Ruhe sucht und nicht den Trubel der Seebäder ist da sehr gut aufgehoben. Zu den Seebädern ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit. Auch zum Einkaufen benötigt man das Auto, vor Ort gibt es keine Möglichkeit dazu. Aber da wir öfters unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem für uns.
