Our thatched-roof holiday home, built in 2016 with approx. 650 sqm, is located in Zirchow, on the Stettiner Haff in a well-kept holiday home complex.

Schönes schnuckliges HÀuschen.

Das Haus war wirklich schön, gemĂŒtlich und sauber. Trotzdem mußte ich nach 5min erst einmal den Staubsauger schwingen das ganze Haus von Spinnenweben und Spinnen befreien. Danach fĂŒhlten wir uns sehr wohl jedensesssss

Das Fischerdorf kannten wir von frĂŒheren Aufenthalten. In diesem Haus waren wir zum ersten Mal Gast. Sehr positiv haben wir die Kommunikation mit Frau WĂ€schle vor und wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts wahrgenommen. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe durch Frau Semmler erfolgte problemlos, auch reagierte sie sehr schnell auf eine Bitte hin. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus wieder auswĂ€hlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Leider gab es unendlich viele MĂŒcken, so dass ein Aufenthalt im Freien (Terrasse) kaum möglich war. Die Ferienhaussiedlung (Fischerdorf) ist eine wunderschöne Gesamtanlage, aber leider infrastrukturell schlecht angebunden - ein einziges Restaurant fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, und die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 8 km entfernt. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage

Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet! Ruhig und Erholsam zum WohlfĂŒhlen. In dem relativ neu errichteten Fischerdorf fehlt leider etwas Infrastruktur ( darauf hat der Vermieter keinen Einfluß ) wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Immerhin gab es einen mobilen BĂ€ckerwagen der alle mit frischen Brot & Brötchen versorgte.

Ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir waren begeistert von dem HĂ€uschen, es liegt in einem sehr schönen gepflegten Dörfchen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, dass Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sie hat sich sogar wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts danach erkundigt wie es uns geht. Wir können nur schwĂ€rmen und werden diesen Urlaub in sehr schöner Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank fĂŒr diese schöne Zeit.

Ruhiger Natururlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, es fehlte an nichts. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe ist sehr gut organisiert. Die Ruhe und die Natur ist fantastisch. Zum Radfahren ist die Gegend super geeignet. Leider ist kein Zugang zum Wasser in der NĂ€he möglich, so dass wir das SUP nicht nutzen konnten. Sonst war alles toll.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Es handelt sich um ein tolles Ferienhaus. Soviel vorweg. Aber: die Infrastruktur vor Ort ist leider total vergessen wurden. Die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 8 km entfernt. GaststĂ€tte in der NĂ€he geschlossen. Imbiss daneben geöffnet wie der Bewirtschafter mal Zeit hat. Also keine fixen Öffnungszeiten. In den KaiserbĂ€dern einen Parkplatz zu finden ist schon ein Lotteriespiel. Viel GlĂŒck hatte ich dabei nicht. Aber wie gesagt, ein tolles Ferienhaus, nur das Umfeld wurde total vernachlĂ€ssigt. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie bei den derzeitigen Baumaßnahmen in der NĂ€he der Ferienhaussiedlung bei weiterer VernachlĂ€ssigung der Infrastruktur ein angenehmer Auffenthalt möglich sein soll.

Tolle Woche im Fischerdorf

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche auf Usedom verbracht. Das Ferienhaus Bellis perennis ist super ausgestattet, sehr ruhige Lage und sehr nette Vermieterin und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Bella Perennis gefĂŒhlt.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. An- und Abreise mit SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe ist sehr gut organisiert. Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage. Ahlbeck mit Supermarkt in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

GemĂŒtliches Haus zum entspannen und verweilen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch dort. Am Haus kann man sich bei schönem Wetter Sonnen und grillen. Der Weg nach Ahlbeck, SwinemĂŒnde ist 15 min mit dem Auto. (ein Katzensprung) Die EigentĂŒmerin ist sehr bemĂŒht und immer im Kontakt mit den Urlaubern. Sowohl das Check in als auch das Check out ging reibungslos. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die tolle Woche!

Aktivurlaub mit WohlfĂŒhloase

Wir möchten uns bei Frau WĂ€schle fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub bedanken. Das Ferienhaus steht am Waldesrand im wunderschönen Fischerdorf Zirchow. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und entsprechenden Komfort eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (KĂŒche komplett ausgestattet), ausreichend KleiderschrĂ€nke als Stauraum, schöne BĂ€der, Grillmöglichkeit, Fahrrad Unterstellmöglichkeit, Insektenfenster im gesamte Haus ...! HĂŒbsches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wer die Ruhe sucht und nicht den Trubel der SeebĂ€der ist da sehr gut aufgehoben. Zu den SeebĂ€dern ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit. Auch zum Einkaufen benötigt man das Auto, vor Ort gibt es keine Möglichkeit dazu. Aber da wir öfters unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem fĂŒr uns.

GemĂŒtliches Ferienhaus mit Reetdach

Wohnen unten, schlafen oben. Jeweils Duschen und Toiletten vorhanden. Alles Ă€ußerst sauber und gepflegt. Umgebung wunderschön und gut erreichbar, ca 10km Ahlbeck, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit und zur Ostseepromenade. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem!

Tolles Feriendomizil fĂŒr einen guten und fairen Preis

Das erste Mal auf Usedom, tolle Fewo,wie oben beschrieben. Der Check-In Vorgang/Einweisung hÀtte etwas genauer sein können. Ansonsten eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin. Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Schlechte Bewertung

Leider kann ich nur eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, da die ZustĂ€nde der Wohnung in einigen Bereichen, nicht der Beschreibung und der Lage entsprachen. Erstens gefiel uns die Zubuchung der BettwĂ€sche nicht. In der Mali die wir erhalten haben, stand, dass wir diese vorher bei einer Frau telefonisch 2 Tagevorher zubuchen können, am Telefon hieß es mind. eine Woche vorher, dieses war bei der Buchung die vier Tage vor Anreise war, leider nicht mehr möglich. Holz wird nicht geliefert, muss selber besorgt werden! Zweitens, war das Haus bei der Anreise komplett kalt, die Heizung wurde erst kurz vorher angestellt und da es sich um eine Fußbodenheizung handelt, dauert es ziemlich lange bis der Boden und die WohnrĂ€ume erstmal warm sind. Zudem hat die Heizung dann erst gar nicht funktioniert, selbst das Brauchwasser war kalt. Die telefonische oder auch persönliche Kommunikation vor Ort ist katastrophal, die Ansprechpartner vor Ort können nicht mit Kritik umgehen. Drittens, die Sauberkeit ist auch schlecht. Das Backblech in der KĂŒche ist in einem wirklich schlechtem Zustand. Kaffee/Padmaschine versifft. Spinnenweben und Spinnen sind in jedem Raum an den Decken und in den Ecken zu finden. Das Siphon in der Dusche saß zu und wurde, so wie es aussah schon lĂ€nger nicht mehr gereinigt, hinzu kam noch das durch die Benutzung der Dusche, ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch des Abflusses aufkam. Viertens, Direkt am Wasser und in StrandnĂ€he, passt in unserer Ansicht nicht, man kommt zu Fuß auch nicht einmal ans Wasser heran, man kann es sehen vom Deich aus aber mehr auch nicht. Leider ist ziemlich viel Schilf dazwischen, man muss erst in den nĂ€chsten Ort fahren um an das Wasser zu kommen. FĂŒnftens, eine Baustelle befindet sich auch noch bei den benachbarten HĂ€usern, also ist tagsĂŒber die Ruhe begrenzt. Sechstens, die Entsorgung des HausmĂŒlls ist an einer Abgelegenen Sammelstelle, sodass man den MĂŒll erst im Auto mitnehmen muss.
