The property is in a lovely residential area a short bus ride to the main city centre .

The property was very well appointed in a lovely location. The city has a relaxed feel about it and the bus service is comprehensive and efficient. The local bars and restaurants offered good beer wine and food at value for money prices.

Insgesamt gut

Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass das "3. Schlafzimmer" eigentlich das Esszimmer ist. Wenn man die Schlafcouch auszieht, muss vorher der schwere Esstisch verrückt werden. Leider gab es während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen direkten kontakt zum Vermieter. Alles lief über E-mails. Das dauerte manchmal, bis man eine Antwort bekam. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in dem Viertel schwierig. Leider gab es keine Einweisung in die 5 Minuten entfernte Parkmöglichkeit auf einer Parkpalette. Das Fahrzeug darf dafür auch nur 1,6m hoch sein, und es erfordert schon Mut, dort sein Auto einzustellen. Bei uns ging das auch nicht ohne Schrammen ab. Die Wohnung ist recht geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings etwas zu wünschen übrig. So befand sich z.B. noch Wäsche im Trockner. Auch war es nicht möglich, den modernen Fernseher für die gewöhnlichen Fernsehprogramme wie ARD, ZDF und andere zu nutzen. Netflix etc. läuft allerdings. Beim Geschirr wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es z.B. mehr als fünf große Tassen gegeben hätte. Irritierend ist auch, dass es eine ALEXA Anlage gibt. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Zum Glück funktionierte ALEXA nicht mehr in allen Räumen. Trotz der Mängel kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen. Ein "Luxus Appartment" ist sie allerdings nicht.

Schöne Altbauwohnung direkt an der Innenstadt

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit tollem Balkon, sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Die Besitzer waren zwar selbst nicht vor Ort, waren aber bei Fragen telefonisch direkt zur Stelle. Wir haben dort mit zwei Paaren und einem Säugling übernachtet, die Wohnung hat ausreichend Platz geboten.

Alles wirklich rundum wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. In die Altstadt ist man in 15 min zu Fuß gelaufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts.

Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We loved the neighborhood which was walking distance to most of the landmarks but still nice and quiet at night. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was a great way to start off our visit Germany.

Eine perfekt gepflegte Wohnung, nette Gastgeber, super Lage. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und sind absolut begeistert gewesen. Annehmlichkeiten wie Sprachsteuerung, Kaffeemaschine, großes Bad, Höhe Stuckdecken und Balkon mit Sitzecke runden die Wohnung ab.

Wir haben uns in Sylvies Wohnung wunderbar wohlgefühlt. Sehr styl- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt und wir konnten noch gemütlich mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf dem Balkon sitzen. Besonders zu betonen, ist auch die sehr angenehme und professionelle Betreuung durch Anthony, der trotz seines Urlaubs immer für uns erreichbar war und auch für netten Ersatz bei unserem Empfang gesorgt hat. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Herzliche Grüße auch nochmals an Sylvie, Anthony und Huyen... Kirsten & Jeannette

Very nice apartment in a cool spot of Wiesbaden.

Nice interior, interesting features, large bathroom, relaxing living room and a beautiful balcony. Good places nearby, city centre just 10min walk away. We had a great weekend there.
