Detached villa, 3 bedrooms, private pool & breathtaking sea views

Villa with private pool in one of the most beautiful panoramic positions of the Costa Paradiso between granite rocks and breathtaking sea views.
The cottage offers enough space for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living and dining area.
In the outdoor area there is a covered terrace and a large sun deck with chill lounge from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets with a good glass of Sardinian wine.
The large brick outdoor grill will delight the barbecue lovers and the Sardinian regional products such as meat, fish and vegetables can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The infinity pool is for sole use and is equipped with 6 sunbeds and 3 umbrellas. It is filled from mid-May to mid-October depending on the weather conditions.
Costa Paradiso is a holiday resort that has grown over the years with a coastline of about 8 KM in the north of Sardinia.
Under strict conditions, the houses had to be adapted to the landscape and were designed with elaborate granite veneers in shades of the environment.
Utilities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, fish, bars, ice cream parlor and restaurant are within a radius of about 2 km.
In the summer months, a medical care facility is open.
The well-known Li Cossi beach, diving station, snorkel bays and boat rental can be reached in 2.5 KM by car.
Larger sandy beaches in Badesi and Isola Rossa with a length of 10 KM can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
Small sandy coves such as.B Cala Sarraina, Spiaggia Rio Li Sardi near Vignola, Spiaggia Rena Di Matteu
are also still in the immediate vicinity.
Worthwhile excursion destination z.b. such as Castelsardo, Capo Testa or Palau can be reached by car in about 30 - 45 minutes.
Tip: Combine a visit to Capo Testa with a shopping at the weekly market in Santa Teresa Gallura (every Thursday) where you will find delicious local products.

Great villa in a beautiful location

After a hiccup with check-in(I think we didn’t receive check in notes/procedures ahead of time), we enjoyed our stay here. The villa was perfectly situated and met all of our needs. The location was awesome, and we enjoyed almost daily use of the pool.

Stunning Views

Wonderful stay at this house in Costa Paradiso. We appreciated the tranquility of this house and the amazing views of the sunset. Costa Paradiso itself is quite secluded, so if you want to explore a bit , it is always minimum 30 minutes drive to any other point of interest. The closest beach Li Cossi is very nice but you have to be ready to walk a path around the cliff for 15 minutes before you reach it. Once there, there are chairs and umbrellas available as well as a snack bar.

Outstanding views, property and service

This is a 'qualified' 5 star review. The location and setting of the villa on the hillside overlooking the sea is just breathtakingly outstanding.........you run out of superlatives! The villa is excellent with lots of homely touches. Pool is superb and is maintained almost on a daily basis. The 'qualified' bit boils down to 2 issues. 'Wifi' in the listing is not 'Internet' but a mobile sim operated modem significantly slower than your phone...... Hugely frustrating for 2 'Youtube/Insta' teenagers and 2 adults trying to maintain contact with their businesses. Secondly, mattress quality and this privately owned property is not alone with this issue. Most hotels have now realised that mattress quality is hugely important to the guest and owners need to realise that families renting villas expect better than the cheapest option. That said the villa is superb and we will remember the views forever.

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am glad that you liked it in my house. I was on site after your departure because of the wifi and had to realize that only a limited reception was possible. Our mobile operator had not activated the monthly activation. The Internet is now running as usual at normal mobile phone speeds. Since it is only possible at this place with the variant SIM card I hope that I can give our guests a pleasure. The mattresses are on my agenda for this year which are exchanged every few years anyway because I fulfill all reasonable customer wishes.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Die Lage/Aussicht ist kaum zu toppen. Für Reisende, die Ruhe suchen eine gute Wahl. Evtl. wäre eine Hinweis auf die streunenden Wildschweine gut gewesen. Wir waren schon sehr überrascht, als da so drei Tiere im Garten standen :-). Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! Fazit: Alles top!

Une vue à couper le souffleNous avons passé un excellent sejour ( 8 nuits) dans la maison d'Andra et Willi.La vue est juste incroyable, l'espace piscine très agréable avec chaises et parasols, le tout au milieu d'un jardin mediterranéen bien entretenu. La maison n'a pas le charme de l'exterieur mais elle est fonctionnelle très propre etxsuffisamment bien équipée pour des vacances.Je tiens également a souligner l'environnement particulierement calme et apaisant. Bref tout etait parfait. C'est une location que je recommande volontiers

Super Aussicht in purer Natur

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sicht auf das Meer/Meeresbucht von der Terrasse ist wie auf den Bildern traumhaft. Man befindet sich mitten in der Natur (Besuch von Wildschweinen/Schildkröten inklusive aber alle harmlos..:-)) und es ist vor allem sehr ruhig. Keine nervenden Nachbarn bzw Partylärm. Kommunikation mit Andrea perfekt. In fussläufiger Nähe gibt es zwei Restaurants, in der Wohn-Area eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wo man für den ersten Tag/Abend einkaufen kann.

WUNDERBAR

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Costa Paradiso. Das Ferienhaus und vor allem der Ausblick ist HERRLICH. Besser geht es nicht :-) Im Haus findet man alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit Familie braucht, der Pool und die Aussicht sind einfach toll. Ein unglaublicher Blick...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist Top! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist toll. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Hinweis: Je nachdem wie viel Privatsphäre man erwartet sollte man wissen, dass es direkte Nachbarn geben kann. Für uns kein Problem, da die in der Regel nicht da waren.

Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wunderschöner Außenbereich mit fantastischen Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten mit den drei Schlafzimmern und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad (Dusche) könnte mal wieder eine kleine Erneuerung erhalten. Wir waren top zufrieden. Wenn man costa paradiso noch nicht besucht hat ein kleiner Tipp: Macht vorher einen Großeinkauf im Supermarkt, wir waren aus Erfahrung gut ausgerüstet und das war gut so, die Preise im lokalen Supermarkt sind teilweise schon sehr hoch (Butter 5€). Der Check-in war super unkompliziert und Andrea hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, TipTop.

Super tolle Lage!!!

Das Objekt war sehr schön gelegen. Die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert. Der Wohnbereich ist allerdings für 6 Personen etwas klein geraten, wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter die Zeit im Haus verbringen muss. Wir waren zu viert da war es gerade ausreichend. Die angegeben Hausgröße in der Beschreibung mit 95 m² ist aber nicht die reine Wohngröße. Vermutlich mit Terrassen. Denn die reine Wohnfläche ist erheblich kleiner.

Liebe Gäste, wir bedauern das Sie ein paar Tage schlechtes Wetter hattet und Euch im Hause aufhalten musstet. Zu der Quadratangabe der Wohnfläche wurden 6m² für den überdachten Terrassenbereich dazu gerechnet was von der reinen Wohnfläche abgezogen wurde. Wir sind stehts bemüht und stellen unseren Gästen alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Astra TV, Wlan, Soundbar, Bücher und Spiele für die Freizeitgestaltung kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
