It is only 5 minutes away from the most famous and photographed bridge in the city - Ronald Kirk Bridge with the best view of the downtown skyline. Take a stroll along the Trinity River or join the group of Yoga practitioners in the early evenings right on the Ronald Kirk's bridge.
Oversized dining table can comfortably accommodate family dinners and business conferences, 300 Mb/s high speed internet and three high def TV will keep you productive and entertained.

Our picture perfect home is a photographer's dream and has been professionally designed and meticulously decorated to give you the most stylish stay! Make this western contemporary space your home away from home. Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen for your every cooking needs and host a big dinner on our dining table that seats a whopping 12! With more than enough room, your guests can enjoy a feast comfortably! Afterwards, cozy up near the living room electric fireplace and watch your comfort shows on the 75” HD TV! To accommodate all your guests, there are two living rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs! Along with a fully stocked kitchen, the bathrooms are also well stocked and feature stand-in showers. The master bedroom with an attached bath is located on the first floor and features an ultra comfortable king size bed to get restful nights in. The other three bedrooms contain oh so relaxing double and queen beds. There is also a dedicated workspace in the master for those who want to work while vacationing! The backyard features a grill perfect for barbecuing and cooking your favorite meals.

Three House rules -
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Phew!! This was a mess. The house is nice, the street is NOT. We did not feel safe which was a bummer. There isn't much room to park so they told us to park down the street - which it is a BLESSING we didn't get our cars broken into. We had 15 people staying and got maybe 8 towels? That was a hassle…and they even asked how many people would be staying in the emails before we arrived. They charged us for stolen knives and a stain on the bed. Super annoyed about that! But I will say, the house was clean!! They didn’t provide any blankets or sheets for the couch beds - also very odd. Due to the unsafe feeling of the neighborhood, lack of communication with the towels/extra charges and poor parking, I do not recommend staying here.

We generally had a good stay at this property. Communication wasn’t amazing or prompt, but they did answer a few questions. The real problem was when we received a fee two weeks after our stay for a “stain” on the carpet. There was no stain when we left the property and we haven’t seen any pictures of this problem. Also, the fact that we are incurring this fee two weeks after our stay, is ridiculous. We already paid an asinine amount of money to spend one night in this house and adding the fee was absurd.

A Weekend to Remember

The weekend was all about celebrating a friend who was getting married. Perfectly located within minutes of downtown Dallas where we celebrated. The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable! Home looks like the photos provided. While the area is rejuvenating, the neighbors were very kind - families are established and have lived on that street for many years. The host was responsive and answered our questions. Our overall experience was Five Stars!

Nice stay but poor communication with property management.

House is nice. Good location. Bring your own towels because they only provide 4 for a family of 12. When we requested more, management claimed they brought them while we were out but we could not find them. Then the communication stopped and we were ignored.
