Old atypical house tastefully renovated, on 2 floors, quiet, close to the beach, the fishponds, the fishing port of Guilvinec, and the surf spot of La Torche for 4 or 5 people.
On the ground floor, kitchen and shower room with WC, on the 1st, 1 living room and 1 shower room with WC, on the 2nd 2 bedrooms. small enclosed garden, and private parking in front of the house.
Comfort, space and tranquility, ideal conditions for a real holiday! all shops nearby, bars, restaurants, the city of Quimper 25 kms, Pont l'Abbé 7 kms, the Pointe du Raz 40 kms! Ideal for hiking or cycling. Many activities, festivals, Breton festivals, markets, fishing on foot, something to keep young and old busy!

La localisation de la maison est super (proche port et plage), l’accueil est super et la maison est pratique ( deux sdb dont une en bas ce qui permet de se doucher ne rentrant de la plage sans ne mettre de partout).Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
