Welcome to our modern & spacious home, a lovely space to unwind, play a variety of games and impress your friends with your bartender skills in our wet bar! Plus, enjoy meals with family & friends, have outdoor fun in the backyard with a grill, corn hole, and fire pit, and host Ping Pong tournaments in our garage!

Awake refreshed and get ready for a day full of FUN in our huge game room with:

• Arcade games: Star Wars Pinball, Big Buck Hunter Pro and Pacman!
• Shuffleboard table
• Foosball table
• Unique seating and a beautifully decorated photo wall

• Prepare drinks with family & friends in our wet bar. There is also a dining table with seating for 10 for you to enjoy meals and memorable get-togethers.

• Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our spacious living room with a 65" smart TV + a comfortable sectional couch.

• Plus fun and competition continues in our garage! Where you’ll find a ping pong table and darts.

• And for those that love fresh air and outdoor amenities, you’ll have a backyard with a propane fire pit, a BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor seating, and cornhole.

Dogs and cats are always welcome! (2 pets max)

Brand new furniture, plus a full kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils.

This is a 1 story home.
-There is 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed.
-1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed (sleeps 4).

-1 couch in the living room (linens not provided for the couch)

You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.

We don't allow more than 14 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

This is a duplex with one shared wall.

Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

North Dallas getaway!

We LOVED staying at this amazing home! Although it was just the three of us, this house can easily accommodate 12 or more people across three bedrooms. The kitchen and game room were amazing, and we certainly appreciated the host's (Eric's) addition of snacks plus a bottle of wine for our arrival! We were looking for a safe, quiet home as our "base camp" for exploring Dallas and Fort Worth - this house worked perfectly for us, and we would highly recommend it for anyone considering a visit to The Big D!

Short Stay

The property was good, however, the beddings were all stinking, and the bedsheets were dirty which gave my wife some allergy. The bed frame was a little cracked as well which didn't allow a very comfortable sleep at all. I suggest to get new duvets because they smelled very bad and weren't too comfortable to put on and sleep at night.

Great place

This place was everything we hoped for. It was centrally located and had everything we needed. We would have liked to have had more blankets and at least another tv besides the big one in the living room. Other than that everything was perfect. Thanks

Perfect for our large family

This home was literally perfect for our big family. We had 4 boys and 2 girls all ages 12-18 plus my husband and I. There were 4 beds in one room (2 full/2twin), a full bunk bed in another and a queen in the 3rd. We had room for more which is rare for us. The common area has shuffleboard, pac man, pinball, board games, buck hunter and more. There’s a dart board and ping pong table in the garage & although we didn’t get to use it because it was rainy during our stay, they have a gas firepit and grill out back. The location was great too as we were there to see family in Addison and downtown. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. A really nice added touch was the bottle of wine since we drove for hours in bad rain and traffic to get there.

Perfect for a Group Getaway

The house was great - especially for a group with kids! It was a large and comfortable space with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the coffee bar alot. The amenities were perfect for our group. The kids were busy playing all of the different games and the den was perfect for movie nights. We also loved the location. It was a quiet neighborhood close to good restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences and an easy ride to downtown or any ot the surrounding areas. We had a great trip and would definitely stay again!
