The house with everything you will need beds were comfortable and the yard was a great space for children to play safely. The creek just across the street was just and added bonus. It was really a great stay

Time with family!

This cozy cottage atmosphere was the perfect get away we needed for our family to visit with one another. Everyone came away feeling like they had been on a vacation!

The location is fantastic! Close to everything we love to do in the area. Quiet, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Jennifer is an excellent host. She provides so many little things that make this place amazing including earlier check-in, later checkout than most places. This is my second stay at this property and I’m already planning to book again for next year.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood. Home is well furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Definitely would book again.

Great family vacation

Great place, we rode the train in Bryson city which was very close, Santa Land, Great meals in Dillsboro by the train House worked great for our family. Clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Plenty of parking, TV in living room and all bedrooms. And a Keurig! great time had by all!

Fishing Trip

Outstanding house, great location for fishermen. Our Property Manager is the Best, Jennifer always communicates fast and is there if you need anything. We have stayed at this place 4 times now and will be back! Steve

Great spot, great host.

Jennifer was an outstanding host, very quick to respond to questions and requests, A+. The house was perfect for our purposes, 4 adults with primary focus of trout fishing the Tuck and other streams nearby. The location is perfect, it straddles the delayed harvest and hatchery supported waters and is a easily accessible from the hwy. The home is well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Although close to the highway, very quiet and peaceful, the sound of the river drowns out any noise you'd suspect from the nearby roads. We had a great time and would def. rec this home and host to anyone.

EVERYTHING was above and beyond expectations. Jennifer was an absolute joy to communicate with. She was so accommodating and quick to respond. The house was beyond comfortable and the location was excellent. I really can not say enough great things about our host, her lovely home and the exceptional experience. Thank you very much. I would give you a higher rating if there was one. 10 out of 10. I’ll be back again.Oh wait! Did I mention the amazing check in/out times?? Such a kind and generous gift. You have knocked it out of the park.
