High speed Wi-Fi throughout with smart TVs in living room and bedrooms. Includes a new full-size washer and dryer set.
Like to entertain? There's a well-appointed kitchen with an ocean-view that has a large breakfast bar and dining table that seats six. There's also a community BBQ grill for your fresh catch-of-the-day!
Beach chairs and boogie boards are conveniently located in the garage storage area and each floor is serviced by an elevator from the parking garage. Grocery stores are over the bridge to the mainland, only a 5-10 minute drive.
Walk south along the beach to Stump Pass Beach State Park where you might see manatees, tortoises, egrets, osprey, and other protected wildlife species. Hunt for sharks' teeth, paddleboard, or fish right from the beach. A short walk north is Englewood Beach where you can catch beach yoga every morning or listen to the drum circle during sunset on Sundays. Or, just stay home and relax on the patio with unobstructed views up and down the beach with the ocean breeze and relaxing sound of waves.

We had a great stay. Wonderful location and right on the beach. The unit was comfortable, but we did have to change the sheets upon arrival as there was a stain right by the pillow. The room with the twin beds had scratchy sheets as well so maybe time for a refresh on linens. They had a storage locker with beach chairs, umbrella and a few toys, so that was nice. Didn’t find beach towels in the unit, so had to make do without. We had three adults and two teenagers who stayed for 10 days and felt like we had plenty of space. Would stay again.

Very nice and well equipped 3br property directly on the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Had to leave three days early due to evacuation for hurricane Ian.

We rent on the key twice a year. My parents, myself, my husband and my two teenage daughters. This location was good. Far enough away from the public section of the beach to be much calmer but close enough to walk to the restaurants. As this property is managed by a realty, getting in contact after hours requires determining if your issue is an emergency. I.e., the lanai is listed as screened but the screens were up. They are remote controlled and the manager has the remote. This was not a question I considered an emergency so I emailed after hours and because of Sunday and Memorial day we didn't receive an answer until Tuesday. I didn't try the emergency number but I didn't consider screens an emergency. Also, there is only one parking spot. If you are traveling with two vehicles you have to park one down the road at the realty office. There are signs everywhere that say no parking and it's all roped off. We were told there would be parking on the next street over but according to the many signs we would be towed. Owners have extra parking available to them so this condo should come with use of at least one of those spots but it does not. If you only have one vehicle it isn't an issue. If you have two it is inconvenient. The condo was very clean. Plenty of space, two king beds, two twins, lovely oceanfront lanai. The pool is small but because it is between the two buildings it gets lots of shade which is really nice for a break from the sun. I would rent here again.
