This vacation rental is about 15 minutes from the historic port community of Southport. You're within walking distance to the popular Duffer’s Bar and Grill at the Oak Island Golf Club and the island’s historic lighthouse or take a longer stroll down to the Oak Island Pier. You might even enjoy a round of golf while you’re here too!

All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with built-in Spectrum and Roku channels or you can stream your own to watch your favorite shows throughout the space. The comfortable master suite is located off the living area that provides a desk, ample closet space, an en suite bathroom and private access to the balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

An open kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, with unobstructed views of the surrounding maritime forest provides the perfect space to spend time with family and friends after a long day of fun in the sun or exploration of Oak Island and/or Southport. There’s an attached carport and one additional parking space just steps away for your car(s). This property offers a carport outlet that may allow charging for some electric vehicles.

This condo has an outdoor shower downstairs on the ocean side (winterized during the off season) and a faucet/hose in the carport area for you to wash off any sand before you enter the condo. This secluded community offers two seasonal pools, beach access and plenty of scenic pathways for you to enjoy throughout your stay! The pools at Caswell Dunes pool are open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day but may keep the pools open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner’s association's recommendation.
