Come and enjoy this beautiful, spacious country villa 15 minutes from the best beaches in Majorca. The house is fully equipped and offers a large breakfast and barbecue area.
Unwind in the pool or just soak up the sun in the privacy outdoors.
The house is located in a small dead end 5 minutes south of the village Llucmajor.
Short drive to golf courses (SonAntem 5min / SonGual 15min), beaches 15 minutes, Palma 20 minutes.
They are away from the daily bustle, but within 15-20 minutes, always in the middle of the action.
You have plenty of room for relaxing hours in your home, but within 15 - 20 minutes at the airport, in Palma and on the various beaches and s'Arenal or Randa.
5 minutes from the golf course Son Antem.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), large kitchen with dining area and a small salon.
Separately is the 75 sqm casita with living / dining room, kitchenette, large bedroom with en suite bathroom and its own outdoor terrace; available from the 3rd Guest.
A fully furnished office is available on the top floor of the main house. Amenities include toilet, kitchenet and two work stations.
The office is well separated from the living areas to allow the digital nomad separation of work and play.
As usual in Mallorca, the day's events are concentrated in the front of the door.
Here you have free and covered terraces and a pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen / BBQ available.
You have 3 parking spaces - 2 covered - and a hard court for bicycles.

Sehr schöne Finca
