Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 2 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 125 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the vestibule with lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 3 sqm and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Poreč, district of Cimizin. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. No youth groups allowed. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
