We enjoyed the charm of this vintage home. It’s clean, with lots of space. It is an old home, but properly described. The location is perfect for beach days and downtown Wilmington for the evenings. There are so many to eat & drink within walking distance. The host was very responsive and check in check out easy. We would stay here again on another trip.

Beautiful house and perfect location! I came here for a quick girls trip and this house could not have been more perfect for us! The house itself was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities including the in unit laundry as well as coffee! House was very close to many restaurants and could easily walk around! Street parking was readily available with no issues at all! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody and hopefully we'll be able to visit again in the future!

The host was absolutely top notch with regards to communication. The home is spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. We met the hostess neighbor briefly and he was very nice and welcoming. Will stay again!

The house was beautiful and perfection situated to be able to easily explore the adea. LOVED having my own parking! The check in process was easy, and the hosts were spectacular at checking in. Will absolutely be staying here next time I'm in Wilmington!!

This house is perfectly located in the downtown area, close to everything! I was traveling with my parents and my children (5 total) so this space was perfect and every one had their own space. The master was great, private bathroom and entire house felt cozy. The host was very responsive! We would def come back again!
