Great location within walking distance of downtown Wilmington. Parking in the back was great perk. Had all immediate bathroom and kitchen necessities. Space was perfect to come back to and relax between adventures.

Loved the place! And I love the fact that it’s an old building that’s been fixed up!Great coffee bar too! Had plenty of cooking items. If you plan on cooking, bring your own spices and storage containers!Nice welcome snacks and bottled water in the kitchen. Parking in the back was a plus since street parking gets filled up fast. Close to downtown, very easy to get around. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

I was in town for two days for a wedding and the property was the perfect spot to rest and recover in the evenings.. It had everything I needed, and very comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely return..

Great stay for my cousin and I. Very clean with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Easy safe parking. We were able to walk to many restaurants. Only downside was spotty WIFI...so I had to tell my boss I couldn't work. Which, all in all, was a great reason to not work and to enjoy my vacation.

What a great hidden gem! Great location near the historic district. Parking was great but a little narrow driveway for our big truck! We were able to get curb parking. The living room was so cozy! Everything is brand new. We will stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Accurately advertised. Excellent communication. Beautiful and convenient location to river front. We enjoy walking (guessing it was about .5 mile to many stores/restaurants). If stairs are an issue, this is not the place but otherwise, highly recommend.

My husband and I booked this weekend stay because we were in town for a wedding. We had a great stay. The home was a home away from home. It was clean, the house was nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. I love that the owners communicated promptly and showed that they cared about their visitors.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Wilmington! The home was perfect for our family — modern, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little touches like laundry pods, a snack station, and water bottles. Those small extras made us feel so welcome. The location was great too — close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. We’d definitely stay here again!
