You couldn't ask for a better location on the westside. Close to all the riding trails, walking distance to Old Mill, 3 miles aways from downtown Bend. We have a private community pool that you can use all summer long. Lots of parks and very private.

What makes this property unique

Close to Mt Bachelor, Bike trails, Golf course (Tetherow, Broken Top), 3 miles away from downtown. Close to restaurants and pubs and wine bars. Safeway is just 1 mile away.
