Super friendly hosts! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking! The pool was fantastic for the kids. Highly recommend this property to anyone but especially a family :)

Awesome experience! We Loved this house and the area around it. Pool was well maintained and an added bonus. The outside seating area was awesome with a lot of room and covered. Ping pong table was fun. What loved! - Location close to everything but enough distance for privacy and quiet - House ; gorgeous. Not cluttered plenty of space well equipped - Supplies ; fully stocked - Snacks : so nice they left them for us - Out door sitting area Host is responsive, patient and nice! We would rent again without hesitation !

A very good stay. Came as advertised. Pool was great. Location for us was perfect and the neighborhood was great for walking. POC was communicative and helpful. I would certainly book there again. 👍👍👍

Excellent location, quiet. Screened in pool was our all day retreat!! Very clean and well appointed home with super comfortable beds, plenty of space for 7 ladies on a girls trip. Uber was quick and convenient to the walkable Mount Dora historic area. From the historic area we ate at great restaurants, visited several fun taverns, and watched the beautiful sunset! Host was very responsive and helpful with great local recommendations. We spent one day tubing at Rock Springs, Kelly State Park - only 20-30 minutes away and easy to get to. We didn't use the bikes, but it was nice to have them as it wasn't very far to town and would be a nice ride if it wasn't record heat temps outside. Honestly, nothing negative to say at all. Exceeded expectations.

We realized shortly after check-in that the house wasn’t clean at all. There was a lot of dog hair on the floors and in and on the beds. Most of the comforters smelled like dogs. Because of this, we had to spend a significant amount of time washing linens and cleaning floors. Steve was very responsive and apologetic about the situation. He ended up compensating us with a discount because of our trouble. The location was really nice. The quiet neighborhood was wonderful and there was a really nice park where we took kids aged 17-1 year old and they all had a blast. The bikes and rip sticks in the garage were an ice touch and the pool was nice too. I really wish it would’ve been clean bc we would book there again for future visits. But unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere next time.

Hi Lindsey, Thank you for your feedback. We were shocked to hear about the linens as this has never happened. The housekeepers assured us the home was thoroughly cleaned and are still not sure how this happened because they use a laundry service. We did offer a full refund or have the housekeeper go out and switch the linens and you chose to accept a half refund and stay. Again, we are truly sorry for your experience with the linens. This should never happen again. Steve

our room was clean. A bit surprised that the 2nd bathroom was down near the garage. We saw one cockroach near the washer but none inside main house. The pool area was excellent. Overall we had an excellent experience and would rent it out again. Thank you

The house was in a good location, quiet area. Lovely Pool and the outdoor space was nice.Half the yard was pet friendly, the other half was not fenced. The ice maker leaves a lot to be desired, so we had to buy extra ice, no big deal all refrigerators are different. The host was attentive to messages and answered questions in a timely manner.Mt. Dora was a unique town with lots of festivities and sites to see. Really enjoyed exploring and found a great place for lunch on Lake Harris. Called the Lake Harris Hideaway! Live music and boat access.

Loved this place

We enjoyed our stay is this spacious house. Everything was as descibed in the listing. The host was great to work with and responded in a timely manner. Loved the scrapbook they had with local places to eat and tourist attractions. Would stay at again.

Peaceful Getaway

Great quiet neighborhood for peaceful getaway. Close enough to downtown. House was great, pool was perfect with very large covered porch. Would definitely stay there again.
