Bring your dog, yard is fenced for their safety. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards included along with paddles and life jackets.
Modern block home, fully equipped. Boat ramp and dock, perfect for boaters. Can launch jet skis and small boats at house, and very close to Bayport ramp for larger boats. Deep protected canal and dock is great for most size boats. Perfect location for boaters wanting to go scalloping or fishing in the gulf. Natural areas to paddle with nature. Can paddle the local natural streams and cut through the creek to Rogers Park. Located in a quiet wooded setting of full time residents on dead end street. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoos and towels. Extra pillows, blankets and sheets are accessible. Each bedroom and living areas with own smart television. Master bedroom has attached full bathroom with standup shower. Home has kayaks and paddle boards for paddling with the manatees. The local paddling is amazing with a private swimming hole and easy paddling to Rogers Park Beach. World-class fishing and scalloping. This home has fantastic boat access to the gulf. Home is in area with large, wooded lots that is more secluded and higher end than other areas of Weeki Wachee. About 5 minutes to Pine Island Beach for magical sunsets over the Gulf. I have other Weeki Wachee properties that might be ideal for your stay if this one is unavailable for your desired time. My other homes are in the more "party" area of the river.

Loved our stay and Kevin was very accommodating! Its got the old FL feel and a wonderful screened in porch to make great memories on. Our beagles loved the yard and the chance to jump in the water. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room inside on those rainy days.

We enjoyed our stay. Kevin was awesome, quick to reply and had awesome suggestions for local restaurants. The house was nice and my family enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards.

Kevin was very informative letting us know about spots to check out in the area. The location and the home were nice and we loved being right along the river. It was very relaxing to sit out there and just take in the sounds of nature and enjoy the sun and warm weather.

Great Family Getaway Location

The canal front property is great! It's conveniently located to the river and state park. We were able to launch the kayaks from the property's own boat ramp. We had everything we needed for a fun family getaway.

Right on the canal , great for kayaking. very quiet, loved it. there is no pool or hot tub, you can swim I guess in canal but it is only around 3ft deep at low tide. lots of mullet schools and they like to jump. nice neighborhood to ride your bikes.

Magical place

Great spot on the river with everything one could need. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be back. Host is very attentive and the home is clean and well appointed. Abundant wild life made for the best paddling ever.

House smelled like fish most of our stay. Home was very clean inside, but mostly outdated furniture. Back patio and yard have not been cleaned in awhile. Lots of crunchy leaves and pollen. Some dog poop still present. Neighbors stated previous occupants had three full size dogs. Listing states two small dogs. There are like seven kayaks. Only three in any shape to use. Property needs some TLC. Location and area are awesome. Owner was great. Not sure if we'd stay at this property again. Location, YES!

I have my kayak supplier following up on your kayak concerns There should be 7 kayaks and two paddle boards and all adult sized and in proper safe condition. Retired nature lover. First time to visit Weeki Wachee hooked me. I immediately bought a home , and now have three. All my vacation homes cater to completely different lifestyle needs. One home is in the quiet area with access to Mud River by Mary's Fish Camp. Has a boat ramp and very fast access to fishing and scalloping in the gulf. Another home has access to Weeki Wachee with a heated, salt water pool that is screened in. And the third is a super modern living home with beautiful king master suite and two levels that look over the canal with quick access to the Weeki Wachee river.

Why they chose this property

Much easier access to gulf for fishing and scalloping than homes directly on the Weeki Wachee River. Idle zone is only past the homes then safe speed can be utilized all the way to gulf.

What makes this property unique

Very nice dock for your boat. Ramp is perfect for smaller craft, but recommend high tide for launch. Super close to Bayport ramp as well as Pine Island Beach. Exceptionally quiet area that is very wooded and mature. A real ground level home for easy accessibility.
