Family trip

Fantastic apartment close to all the places a tourist would want to visit. The accommodations were wonderful and we loved the neighborhood for exploring and enjoying beautiful architecture.

Neighborhood is SO CHARMING! The architecture is so beautiful and well preserved. Within less than one block of a beautiful park. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to the Metro to get us everywhere we wanted to go. The home itself is super clean and has everything you expect from an excellent host—plenty of towels, fresh bedding with comfy pillows, COFFEE(!), ice, salt/pepper/cooking oil, laundry detergent, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, and a washer and dryer. Our hosts were immediately responsive to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and kids 15, 12, 11) loved our stay in Eastern Market/Capitol Hill in late March. Alison's home was lovely and so close to our favorite things in DC. It fit us all comfortably, was so clean, and Alison was quickly responsive to any of my questions. We loved Wine & Butter across the street and I went every morning to pick up croissants for our breakfast. 5-10 min walk to the Eastern Market Metro station and Trader Joes. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to our friends and family members. Thank you, Alison, for a wonderful trip!

Perfect for our Family Vacation!

This property and the location was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The rental was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and close to everything we wanted to do. We parked our car and only started it a couple of times while we were there to travel to Arlington National Cemetery (a must see) and the grocery store (because we were too lazy to walk). This neighborhood was safe and the people were friendly and we felt comfortable walking everywhere we went. It was great for morning runs to the capitol and monuments as well. My only complaint is that we didn't book it for longer :) Alison and AJ were very helpful and responsive every time we needed them. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome stay in Washington DC. Thank you Alison and AJ!!
