The villa spans three levels, offering generous space and comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright veranda, and two bedrooms: each with a double bed (160×200) featuring a private bathroom with shower and WC. A charming mezzanine library overlooks the living area, providing a perfect spot to unwind with a book or simply relax. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms open onto private balconies; each is furnished with a double bed (160×200) and comes with its own bathroom, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a balance of privacy and shared moments.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the large private garden. Dine outdoors on the shaded terrace, relax on the lawn under the tall fir trees, or savor a barbecue with spectacular views. The private swimming pool (11 x 5 m, open from mid-April to mid-October), with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, is surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery. Single sheet kit: fifteen euros (1 single sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase)

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
