Welcome to this lovely holiday home located in La Barre de Monts, a seaside resort on the Vendée coast. The centre of Fromentine and its beach are 2 km away, the shopping centre is 1 km away and the bakery is less than 700 m away!

It is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people and offers a large, carefully maintained enclosed garden.

The house comprises:
- A living room with sofa and armchairs, television and direct access to the balcony through a large bay window, where you can start the day with breakfast!
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, hob (3 gas rings, 1 electric ring), coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- Bedroom 1: children's bedroom, equipped with a 140x200 double bed with bedding (duvet, two pillows and mattress protector), two 90x190 single bunk beds with bedding (duvet, one pillow and mattress protector), a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: adult bedroom, equipped with a 140x200 double bed with bedding (duvet, two pillows and mattress protector), wardrobe
- Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and storage space
- Separate toilet
- Storage room with laundry area (washing machine with sink). The storage room has space for bicycles. (Very handy!)
Outside:
- North-facing terrace
- Pergola area with arbour, garden table and chairs, sun lounger and parasol
- Enclosed garden with beach games
- Private parking on the property and public parking 10 metres from the house
