Fabulous villa

Amazing house with all anyone would need and want for a family holiday. The house is 15min from the beach and about 1h from the most fabulous beaches of Sardinia. The pictures don’t do justice to the villa which is very large (3 real bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- 1 being an en-suite) and very well built/renovated. The communication with the owner was smooth and easy.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Traumurlaub!

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und haben die Lage des Hauses und den Pool sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter und der Check-in waren perfekt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig, größtenteils mit Stil eingerichtet. Lediglich die vielen persönlichen Gegenstände der Vermieter waren für uns anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein wirkliches Problem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können es empfehlen.

Un très bon séjour chez Nico

La maison est rustique et charmante, éloignée du bruit et des vis à vis, avec une jolie piscine à débordement donnant sur une vue magnifique. Bien que le salon mériterait une petite rénovation, nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison dans laquelle nous a nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Super tolle Unterkunft!!

Wie bereits viele geschrieben haben, werden die Fotos dem Haus wirklich nicht gerecht. Es ist so toll gelegen, mitten in der Natur und doch unheimlich nah an den umliegenden Orten. Gross und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr schöne Bäder, ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Küche & der Pool rundet das ganze super toll ab! Wir haben uns durch die freundliche und direkte Kommunikation mit Nico sehr wohl gefühlt & auch Bianca und Andrea vor Ort waren immer hilfsbereit und haben sich ganz toll gekümmert! Grosses Kompliment - wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Urlaub im Paradies

Für uns (4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Kids, 11 und 14 Jahre alt) hat dieser Urlaub alles bisher Dagewesene in den Schatten gestellt. Und wir haben schon viel gesehen. Es begann mit dem freundlichen Check-in. Gefolgt von dem Erblicken des dreiflammigen Gasgrills, der mein Herz direkt höher schlagen ließ. Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche - ein Traum. Dann der Garten mit den tollen Pflanzen. Und der tolle Pool. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich schließe mich den Vorrednern an, die Bilder bei Fewo werden dem Haus nicht gerecht. Man könnte alleine von der atemberaubenden Aussicht zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten 20 Bilder einstellen. Und wenn irgendwas nicht funktioniert (Glühbirne oder so), so wird es von Bianca und Andreas noch am selben Tag gelöst. All das plus die traumhafte Insel. Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt und wollen nirgendwo anders mehr Urlaub machen. Wir kommen wieder - keine Frage. Auf diese Insel und in dieses Haus.

Ruhepol in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung

Wir waren zu viert (2 befreundete Ehepaare) in diesem großen und sehr schön gelegenen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag frühmorgens gesäubert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche ist umfassend. Dort kann man herrlich entspannen.

Zauberhaftes Haus in den Bergen

Wi haben mit Freunden und unseren Kindern großartige und äußerst erholsame Herbstferien im Haus verbracht. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl und entspannt tatsächlich ab dem Zeitpunkt der Ankunft. I-Tüpfelchen der Anlage ist der Pool, aus dem wir die Kids eigentlich nicht mehr herausbekommen haben. Hinzu kommt ein besonders netter und hilsbereiter Kontakt vor Ort. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Fabulous property

This is a fantastic place. Very interesting house, it has everything you need & more. The pool & grounds are excellent & there are plenty of sun beds & towels. You definitely need a car, be warned the track to the house is very bumpy. But local towns & beaches are only a 10 minute drive away & the rural position of the property is idyllic. Reinar was an excellent host. He kept in touch during our weeks’s stay, provided us with maps, information & restaurant recommendations. I highly recommended this property.

Die Beschreibung des Domizils ist sehr zutreffend. Grossräumiges Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, toller Pool und sehr schön angelegte Umgebung, sowie guter und schneller Service bei Fragen. Wer Entspannung etwas Abseits sucht ist hier sicher richtig, und die umliegenden Orte und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben es rundum sehr genossen, gerne wieder einmal!

Heerlijk genoten van dit huis met een schitterend uitzicht!

Het huis ligt hoog in de bergen en toch redelijk dicht bij het strand. Wij hebben zeer genoten van dit huis omdat je veel privacy hebt en het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht over een vallei. Het perceel is groot en het huis heeft een zeer mooie tuin. Echt een aanrader maar iedereen heeft zijn eigen smaak.
