This fantastic, comfortable vacation home, is tucked away in a valley, not far from the charming town of Benissa, one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca. If you long for a quiet vacation in privacy, but do not want to be far from the city and the beach, you are in the right place! Benissa and its restaurants are only 1.5 km away, the sandy beach 7 km and the golf course 6.7 km.
The house offers 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 6 adults and 1 child. The beautiful property with architectural refinements such as decorative stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, makes this house a unique place. Many small details create a paradise on 250 m² of living space. Whether in the modern and spacious fully equipped kitchen or in the spacious living or sleeping areas, attention has always been paid to tasteful and high quality furnishings. Air conditioning and central heating are also available and a beautiful fireplace makes the house ideal for summer and winter rentals. The accommodation offers satellite and DVD player.
Sipping a glass of red wine on the lovely terrace, you look out over the 1500 m² lovingly landscaped garden and from the upper floor there is even a view of the coast. The 50 m² seawater pool with 6 sun loungers invites you to relax and offers a covered terrace with barbecue area and absolute privacy. The perfect place to spend the day or end it with family and friends over a delicious meal.
The property offers 4 parking spaces and allows two pets. Groups of young people are not welcome.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to two pets are allowed.
