Villa Champagne offers you a southern exposure so you’ll have the warmth of the sun all year round by the beautiful pool.

Relax on the lounge chairs by the dock or nap on the lovely sofas by the pool. Villa Champagne is all newly remodeled. You will enjoy the new furniture as well as the 50 inch TV in the living room and 32 and 24 inch TVs in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. This house can accommodate 6 guests

The great room is spacious and provides a great view on the canal. 30 minutes from Fort Myers International airport, near many golf courses, and only 2 to 3 hours away to Miami, Orlando, Bush Gardens. Return Renters

This is our second time staying at this property. The home is beautiful and is as described on line. We enjoy the pool and covered back deck where we ate our breakfast and lunches. The kitchen is well laid out. Downtown, coastal areas and shopping is close if needed. Will be renting again in the future.

Great Place to call home for a week!

Everything was as advertised, check in was simple and efficient. Location is off the beaten path just enough to be quiet but close enough to major roads to move around town. Lots of people out walking every evening. Pool was a great temperature for march and got plenty of sunshine. Pool Sun was partially blocked by the bamboo wall in late afternoon/early evening but that gives lots of privacy and half the pool was still sunny! House was very clean, had everything we needed! Bonus, lots of owls in the neighborhood. Get up early or out just before sundown to see and hear them when they are active! Definitely, on the short list for a return trip! Thanks for a great stay.

Location was wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very good for access to everything we needed. The layout of the home was very nice. We loved being in the pool and the pool cover kept the temperature of the water very comfortable when covered at night. The only thing that could have been improved on was the condition of the back patio...the pavers and the patio chairs were not very clean.

Property was perfect for our girls weekend. Fairly centrally located too many bars and restaurants, not far from Fortt Myers beach… Very comfortable home, nice pool, all the amenities needed for a long weekend

Wonderful

We were in Cape Coral to visit my husbands parents and the house was perfect. We spent most evenings on the lanai playing cards. The pool was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property

1st time in Cape Coral so it took a bit getting our bearings. Villa is in a good location not far from some great restaurants and grocery shops and short drive to Fort Myers. The villa was well equipped for a small party like us but would struggle to provide sufficient cups and bowls for a larger party. Bed was very comfortable Plenty towels soaps and pool towels provided Lovely and safe neighbourhood

Awesome week - weather was fantastic, pool area the highlight at the house, location was very convenient. Cleaning company could do a little better job and property is for sale so some of the furniture in the booking photos was not there but overall a wonderful vacation!

Stayed w/3 adult kids & spouse, for real estate in the area. Pool, layout, kitchen, amenities, cleanliness, owner communication all great. We would stay again if coming to area. Some of patio furniture doesnt match pictures, make sure check window as locked, rest of stay great.

The house was very nice and clean we enjoyed walking right out to the pool ot was nice to be ableto make our own meals and dtive straight into the garage each night after dark we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this lovely place

Fun and relaxing

Everything was perfect, the check in process was super easy. The house was great and the pool was wonderful!! It was fun to watch the jumping fish in the canal and listen to the birds. Enjoyed everything about our stay.

Excellent Rental with VRBO

The home was as described in the VRBO listing. The house was clean, in excellent repair and reasonably priced. Would rent this home again. Although the home had a boat launch, which we didn't use was a nice plus. My spouse and I enjoyed sitting on the pier watching the wildlife.

Location and neighborhood were very nice. Home was in good condition. We reached out to the property manager on a few occasions and never did hear back from him. The owners however were very responsive to our questions and needs.

Great Family Vacation Home

This spacious home was very comfortable. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Comfortable mattresses. Heated pool on intercoastal with great outdoor dining patio. 3 sliding glass doors. Four televisons. Something for everyone. Beaches nearby. Nice community with lots of live band venues. Good hosts. Recommend

Da will man wieder hin

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Die Zutrittsregelung ausschließlich über die Garage fanden wir nicht so komfortabel. Schöne Einrichtung, überdachter Essplatz draußen mit Screen , der auch den Pool umfasste. Wir haben jeden Abend am Bootsdeck gesessen, die Abendstimmung und den täglichen Besuch von Wasserschildkröten genossen. Alle Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, man hat viel Platz. Die Matratzen sind allerdings nicht jedermanns Sache, weil sehr weich. Leider gibt es auch die Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen, anders als auf den Fotos gezeigt, nicht. Der Pool war dennoch super. Alles war sich sehr sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen😀
