You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. Value, comfort and location: You and your group will love Tannenbaum by the River Condo!

This 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 people — and with both bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples/families to share! Stepping into the living room, you’ll love the sight and sound of the Blue River from your deck. You’ll enjoy the gas fireplace, too! The fully equipped kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table has seating for up to eight, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We loved our stay at Tannenbaum by the River! The home was clean and well stocked for our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to walk into town, jump on trails and enjoy the sound of the river right outside our unit. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a spot close to Breckenridge!

Upon arrival, the smell of pine sol was overwhelming. We had to air out the condo for a good bit. Unfortunately, the washing machine was full of mold. Despite trying to clean it out, the smell was intolerable. We could not do laundry during our stay. Also, the spiral staircase to get up into the loft was quite narrow, and only a small person could get up the staircase safely. It also wobbles and would be unsafe for anyone like a child or an older person. We also hit our head on it from below multiple times so we wrapped a towel around it. The couch does not accommodate the six people that the house accommodates which made it really hard to relax and hang out in the living room as a family. The house is also equipped with very basic hotel style toiletries and limited Toilet paper. We had to spend quite a bit of money on hand, soaps, trash bags, paper towels, etc.. and leave behind extras since we flew. Overall an ok stay. There were no extra blankets and pillows were thin. An ok place for 7k ...definitely disappointed.

This condo is in a great location, easy walk into town. The unit is spacious and airy with lots of light, looking out onto open space and the river. We had wonderful stay, and the space fit our family of four very comfortably- with room to spare.

Easy walk into town right on the creek

This was a great property a few minutes walk to main street, easy to get in and out of and just as nice as the pictures posted online. We had a great time and will be back.
