Vacation starts the moment you walk up the wide front stairs onto the gated deck. The deep covered deck and large shaded patio are sure to be favorite spots to relax on your island vacation. Step inside and you’ll find a professionally cleaned interior with bright & airy rooms, abundant seating, comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen just waiting for family meal nights.

The large primary suite located on the main level boasts a Gulf view, cozy seating area and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Three more spacious bedrooms are located upstairs, each with an attached bath. The largest of those is perfect for kids, teens, or a small family unit with a full bunk bed, roll-out twin trundle and a queen sleeper sofa. There’s also a seating area and television in this room.

Ready to hit the beach? The neighborhood beach access is only 150’ away from this beautiful beach house. You’ll be in the sand & surf in minutes!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Birthday Bash
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Did not know there was construction taking place next door, so construction noise and contractors music. Batteries dead in remote (bought some, but a pain) slow coffee pot (glad I brought my Keurig), and a bed broken, but overall our 5 day stay was good. When the construction is finished I would recommend this house.
