Enjoy a large, bright flat ideally located in Rouen, offering exceptional views of the Seine and the Cathedral. With a surface area of approximately 75 m², this comfortable accommodation can sleep up to 6 guests. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140x190), one with two single beds (90x190)), a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony to enjoy the unique setting.
The flat has everything you need for a pleasant stay: high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre), large-screen television with YouTube, full range of appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine), bed linen and towels provided. Located in a secure residence with a lift, it also benefits from a reserved private parking space, a real asset in the city centre.
Just a 5-minute walk from the historic centre, you have easy access to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and transport (bus stop at the foot of the building). An ideal accommodation for a tourist, business or family stay, combining comfort, tranquillity and a privileged location.
In the bathroom, you will find a washbasin unit and a shower.
A washer-dryer is also available in the flat. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, hairdryer, ironing board and iron!
Bed linen and household linen are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. Private parking is available with the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation. The accommodation is located in the Île Lacroix neighbourhood, a green residential area on an island in the Seine to the east of Rouen. Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Het appartement is centraal gelegen, dichtbij het centrum. Het is een prima uitvalbasis om de stad Rouen en haar bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken. De parkeerplaats voor de deur is een prima optie.
De inrichting is erg mooi en compleet. Alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, de keukenapparatuur is modern en functioneel.

Tolle Aussicht
Die Lage und die Aussicht auf die Seine und die Kirchen ist wirklich umwerfend. Sehr schöner Wohn- Esszimmer und Küchenbereich. Auch das Bad war gut.
Die Eishalle ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wer also Eishockey mag, ist hier total richtig.
Ein Spielplatz ist direkt neben dem Haus, sowie ein kleiner Weg entlang der Seine direkt unter dem Balkon.
Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt sind direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, allerdings für große Autos schwierig. Wir hatten das Glück, dass neben uns niemand stand.
Weniger schön war die defekte Toilettenspülung, die am letzten Abend dann den Geist gänzlich aufgegeben hat.
Zudem wäre ein Kleiderschrank gut, adäquate Stauraum für Kleidung war so gut wie nicht vorhanden, für eine Woche Aufenthalt echt ungünstig. Jacken konnten nur in einem Schrank zusammen mit Putzeimer und Co. verwahrt werden
Schade fand ich auch, dass ein kleines Anliegen scheinbar von der Besitzerin völlig ignoriert wurde
Darum haben wir gar keinen Versuch mehr gemacht, nochmal Kontakt wegen der Toilettenspülung aufzunehmen.
Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Wetter war fantastisch.

Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés pour le problème rencontré avec la chasse d’eau ainsi que pour votre ressenti concernant le suivi de votre demande. Ce n’est absolument pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos voyageurs.
Nous tenons à vous préciser que ce souci est survenu un dimanche soir, ce qui a malheureusement rendu l’intervention d’un technicien plus compliquée dans l’immédiat. Toutefois, nous vous confirmons qu’à ce jour, la chasse d’eau a bien été réparée.
Nous prenons également en compte vos remarques concernant le rangement, qui sont précieuses pour améliorer le confort du logement.
Encore toutes nos excuses pour ces désagréments et merci pour votre compréhension. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.
