2. Besuch

Wir haben das Appartement nun das zweite Mal gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es wurde etwas renoviert, der Boden erneuert und auch überflüssige Dekoration entfernt. Wie bereits beim letzten Urlaub hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit ☺️

Tolle Ferien

Kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit toller, großer Terrasse. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene. Im Wohnbereich sind ein paar Möbelstücke und Dekoration nicht unbedingt nötig und nehmen Wohnraum weg. Die Lage ist perfekt, 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand, 5 min zum intermarché. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall nochmal buchen. ☺️

Kleine Wohnung für max. 3 Personen geeignet! Kaum Stauraum für Kleidung. Sehr beengte Küchenzeile. Viele alte Dekoartikel und überflüssige Möbel, die den eigentlich notwendigen Platz zum Wohnen unnötig verkleinern. Bei Bezug war die Wohnung nicht gerade sauber...

tolle Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und liegt in einer netten Apartmentsiedlung mit Reihenhäusern. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung wie angegeben mit knapp 40 m² etwas klein für 4 Personen. Schön ist die große Terrasse. Die Küche ist etwas klein zum Kochen, funktioniert aber alles. Den Kindern hat der große Pool und der nahe Strand sehr gefallen.

Location sur évaluée par rapport au prix demandé : mobilier dégradé, cuisine minuscule peu fonctionnelle , vaisselle usée, aucun rangement placards encombrés, etat de propreté très très moyen, douche totalement bouchee. Prestations très bas de gamme, et proximité du camping avec animations tous les soirs. Très décevant pour le prix très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Location très surévaluee par rapport au tarif demandé très élevé. Prestations bas de gamme : mobilier dégradé, douche totalement bouchée, cuisine peu fonctionnelle, vaisselle usée, placards encombrés rien pour ranger, état de propreté très très moyen... Le tout dans un cadre agréable mais à proximité immédiate du camping dont il faut partager les animations le soir. Au regard du tarif vous pouvez trouver nettement mieux dans la région ..........tres mauvais rapport qualité prix

Merci pour vos commentaires. Nous souhaitons vous informer que le propriétaire a changé le mobilier de la terrasse. Dans la maison, les coussins, le mobilier des lits et la vaisselle ont été changés et les placards de la cuisine ont été vidés. Concernant la douche, elle a été nettoyée et le pommeau de douche a été changé. Cependant, n'oubliez pas que vous avez la possibilité de contacter le responsable des clés si la propreté ne correspond pas à vos exigences.
