House on one level, in a large wooded grounds, private access, very quiet. Beach access on foot.
Shaded terrace to take your meals outside, spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. Separate WC.
In a quiet part of the peninsula of St. Tropez. Numerous beaches and creeks of fine sand in the bay of Cavalaire. Central to visit the Lavandou coast in St. Raphaël. Situated at 70m altitude, the sea view on the bay of Cavalaire and the islands of Levant and Port Cros is 180°.
Free shuttle bus stop at 5 min walk.

Very nice simple House in a perfect view environment

Nice short walk to the beach and hiking area . Calm place and all what you need Don’t expect Deluxe Furniture, it is the place what makes it a nice vacation

La vue, la vue, la vue !!! Elle est Incroyable et on ne s'en lasse pas !!La maison est dans l'ensemble agréable, assez grande et bien équipée. Elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et surtout changer le vieux canapé qui est inconfortable et ridiculement petit pour une maison pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Le terrain est très grand et surtout aucun vis-à-vis. L'accès en voiture est très pentu et demande de la délicatesse pour ne pas laisser le pare- choc par terre. Dans l'ensemble la maison vaut un 4/5 surtout grâce à la vue.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, au calme , grande terrasse et terrain , vue mer incroyable ! Maison vaste et bien pensée. Un petit soucis avec le four qui a vite été remplacé par un tout neuf . Le seul bémol est pour nous la propreté de la partie cuisine Mais nous rêvons déjà d’y revenir

Wunderbare Ferientage in Héliades

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub in Héliades verbracht. Es ist ein typisches südfranzösisches Haus - einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Wir haben den fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits auf einem Hügel und ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen - kein Autoverkehr!! Und in der Tat ist man in 12 Minuten an den Strand gelaufen. Vermieter und die Verwalterin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und hat hervorragend geklappt. Deshalb gibt es von uns die beste Bewertung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique

La maison offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et les alentours, sans vis à vis. La terrasse est très grande et agréable. Les équipements sont convenables, même si la cuisine mériterait un bon rafraichissement. La propriétaire est très réactive !

Très déçue !

L'accueil très agréable de Mme Servat , la maison , et le jardin sont superbes ! Mais la chaine Hifi et le lecteur DVD ne fonctionnent pas , la table de ping-pong ( qui après mes critiques à mon arrivées a déjà été enlevée de la description !) est en vrac au fond du jardin ! La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu limités

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Gesamt sehr sehr schön. Das Haus hatte sicherlich einmal viel Charme ist aber jetzt ziemlich vernachlässigt. Die alte durchgesessene Ledercouch lädt nicht zum Sitzen ein. Dafür sind die Terrassenmöbel aber erneuert. Die Küchenausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. 3 Kaffeebecher und eine bunte Mischung aus Schüsseln, Besteck und Gläsern. Von den Pfannen löste sich der Teflonboden und die Töpfe waren teilweise ohne Griffe bzw. Hitzeschutz. Der Backofen müsste einmal von Fett und Eingebranntem befreit werden. Der Staubsauger ist schon sehr alt und leicht demoliert. Die Heizung war sehr gut und funktionierte einwandfrei. Versöhnlich macht hier die ruhige und wunderschöne Lage und der traumhafte Ausblick auf das Meer.

Plein les Yeux

Nichée en haut de la colline de la Croix-Valmer en direction de Ramatuelle cette propriété surplombe la Croix-Valmer et Gigaro. Ce lieu inspire le calme, la détente et le repos. Vous ne vous lasserez pas ce panorama aphrodisiaque sur les îles d'or. La maison est climatisée dans les chambres ce qui est appréciable par forte chaleur comme nous avons eu début Juin. Aucun risque avec des enfants en bas âges. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une piscine avec une vue aussi superbe. PS : c'est le seul petit bémol C'est un cadre idyllique pour des vacances au soleil.
