The Neighborhood - Wow! Wow! Wow! It is so convenient with an urban vibe - but super serene with birds, rabbits, and squirrels. Walk to and enjoy Craddock Park only three blocks away, and enjoy uptown, downtown, and the infamous, nearby Katy Trail at Turtle Creek. With vintage charm and diverse architecture, bikes and exercising is easy and fun!
Uber and/or Lyft are easy and ready on demand within two-three minutes. Also, bus stop just around the corner.

Christmas 2025! My daughters and I had a lovely holiday getaway here at Stan's place. Every single need was meet with one of the most well appointed kitchens I've enjoyed in a rental - holiday decor in every room & outside! The property is beautiful and well maintained with comfort emphasized. Thank you so very much Stan we'll be back and will recommend to our friends!
Wonderful as always! This is our 2nd stay at this unit. Everything is always smooth and the unit is nicely decorated and functional! Looking forward to out next visit!
This is a beautiful, comfortable and well designed home. The beds are comfy, the area is quiet and we felt safe and at home here. Stan made our stay even better by his friendly and helpful communication. The property is gated including the parking areas, which is a big plus when staying within the city. The area is super nice, but there are homeless/transient people (mostly after dark). The home is also super close to tons of fun shops and restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation.
My friends and I l stayed at this property and we had a great experience! It was super clean and we all felt super safe the whole time we stayed there. We all had a great experience and would definitely stay again!
The Stay at SoCozyBlue is a beautiful home and outdoor space. Stan, the host, was super helpful, friendly and easy to reach. The area has many restaurants and shops close by. You do have to be aware of your surroundings due to many homeless, but the property (including parking) is very secure - we were in town for State Fair and the location of this home was super convenient.
The location of this home was great for visiting our son who lives on Turtle Creek. Fenced in and gated front and back entrances were very nice(even though security didn’t seem to be an issue). This home is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. My husband especially loved the little coffee/tea cafe area off the kitchen where he could drink coffee and read news before everyone got up. We will definitely be staying here again.
We had a great time on our stay in this cute home. The location was great...the owner was so easy to rent from. He was communicative, responsive and so nice! The amenities in the home were all so great....down to the well-stocked coffee station! Our only couple issues were that the noise from the nearby airport was more than we expected. And this is a downstairs unit, when there are people upstairs, you can hear them walking around. Other than that, our stay was GREAT! Would definitely stay here again!

Because we are 100% transparent in order to prevent surprises, we state the good, the bad, and the ugly haha on the 'front end' before you make a reservation. It sounds like both of the noise issues, i.e. airplanes and upstairs, are included in the listing. Again, thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your business.
This property is very nice. Two separate outdoor seating areas. Covered, gated parking. Nice location. Close to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Perfect for 2-4 people.
We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is well maintained, clean and located in a great area. We were very happy during our 3 day visit and hope to return again in the future.
It felt like home away from home for my husband and I and our short weekend stay in Dallas. The master bed is SO COMFORTABLE. Also love the history of the house and the fact that it was built in 1920.
