Attractive studio with terrace and garden, pool and dream view

It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our agency commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you these apartments as a tenant free of commission. Studio "B 106" with approx. 47 m² living space, up to 4 persons: Spacious living room / bedroom with double bed (mattress: 1.40 mx 2.00 m), pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV, radio, large floor-to-ceiling panoramic sliding doors, beautiful view of the lake and exit to the terrace and into the garden kitchen with 4-burner gas hob and hatch bathroom with tub with shower facilities, bidet and window approx. 20 m² covered terrace with a beautiful view of the lake Ca. 60 m² sun garden with a beautiful view of the lake

Wir sind wieder einmal sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dem Service von Lago-Reisen. Die Wohnung war super und vor allem sauber. Der Ausblick mit dem Gartenstück war traumhaft und unser absolutes Highlight. Der Pool war sauber und nicht allzu überlaufen (ca. die Hälfte der Plätze ausgelastet im August). Die Wohung roch leicht unangenehm, das liegt wahrscheinlich an der feuchten Luft da es zu der Zeit häufig geregnet hatte (August 2025). Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung, vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Die wunderschöne Aussicht war einmalig. Wir hätten uns vom Gastgeber trotzdem einiges anders gewünscht: dass es keine defekten Gegenstände gegeben hätte (Kehrichtkasten, Kochherd, Dusche). Dass der Kühlschrank ein Kühlfach gehabt hätte (Eingebauter Kühlschrank war defekt und Ersatz nicht Optimal).Ebenfalls wäre es Standard, dass die Gartenpflege vor Antritt des Mietobjekts stattgefunden hätte. Es wirkte etwas lieblos. Die Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr nett. Die bereitgestellte Wäsche (gegen Bezahlung) würde ein Qualitäts-Standard als Optimierung vertragen.

Ok, aber hält nicht alles was versprochen wird

Unterkunft ok und Ausstattung gut. Nur leider…: Garten nicht gut gepflegt. Zugang zum Appartement dunkel und sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Gleicht einem U-Bahn Zugang…Die Anlage im Allgemeinen hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Zugänge z.T. Nicht mehr begehbar, sondern gesperrt und als Müllablafeplatz genutzt. De Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Kiosk ist auch gut, aber es wurde versprochen Nutzung mit Pool. Dieser hatte von 7 Tagen aber an 3 Tagen geschlossen, Das war für uns und auch andere Gäste sehr enttäuschend!!!

tres bon rapport qualité prix

l appartement présenté b106 ne correspond pas a celui attribué, nous avions le b214, style retro similaire, tres propres avec une terrasse de 20m2, la vue est magnifique quelque soit l appartement attribué. l acces a la piscine est libre mais il faut payer 5 euros pour 2 transats et un parasol. la piscine est tres sympa et tres propre. je recommande cette location pour visiter locarno, acona, iles borromees, lac ortha
