Modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Denver Tech Center, just a short walk to the light rail with easy access to Fiddler's Green, downtown Denver, and Ball Arena. Ideal for business travelers, couples, small groups, or longer stays, with a seasonal pool and convenient access to DTC offices, shopping, dining, and major Denver attractions.

This bright, third-floor setup combines the 1343 condo and 1344 studio, giving guests two sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and added privacy.

The Space

Living Area: Comfortable living area with a fireplace, Smart TV, and natural light, ideal for relaxing after work or a day out.
Workspace: Quiet desk setup for remote work or catching up on emails.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, cookware, dishes, utensils, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and the essentials for cooking at home.
Laundry: Dedicated in-unit washer and dryer in the 1343 side for convenience, especially for longer stays.
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with closet storage and easy access to the main living area.
Studio Suite: King bed with a Smart TV, wet bar, mini fridge, glassware, and a private bathroom.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one connected to the studio suite and one conveniently located near the main bedroom and living area.

Guests may use the seasonal pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 8 AM to 10 PM, and the courtyard charcoal BBQ grills. Please bring your own charcoal.

Accessibility Note

This is a third-floor unit with stair access only. There is no elevator in the building.

House Rules

Maximum 4 guests. No parties, no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony, and no pets. USPS mail is not available for guests.
